As a citizen of America just what do I expect from our government?

Federal government: To insure that reasonable treaties of commerce between friendly nations are running smoothly. To see to it that America has reasonable security, but not at the expense of the freedoms and rights of the citizens. To adhere to the laws of the Constitution as was written in the beginning. To keep government small and functional under the Constitution. To insure that the people are not burdened with excessive taxes and control spending of moneys that belongs to the people and not the government. To insure that laws apply equally among all Americans.

State government: To insure that the state and its people are secure of aggression from enemies foreign and domestic. To hold the federal government liable for violations of Constitutional law. To insure that free and unmolested commerce between citizens go smoothly. To fight for lower taxes of the peoples and goods. To maintain a very conservative spending of the Citizens tax dollars on necessary infrastructure. To insure that all peoples follow the Republic and not some half assed social-ist/communist dictatorship. To insure the right to work of all citizens. To remove excessive, unjust, and unconstitutional laws.

Local Government: To hold the state government accountable for violations of Constitutional law. To insure the citizens have a right to free commerce and trade. To insure that local needs are met. To keep law enforcement up to date on education, training, equipment, and pay. To provide for the general education of the children. To uphold the security of the peoples in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable search and seizure.

Law Enforcement: To uphold, protect, and defend, the Constitution first and foremost. To hold that all peoples are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. To be the friend of the public and not a supporter of a police state. To insure that the laws are fair among all the citizens. To insure some security from crime for the peoples, (the peoples must take responsibility for their own protection). To insure that the people have equal access to the means for self-preservation of property, self and family.

The citizen: To keep your fucking nose out of my business unless I am breaking the law. Hold all of the above’s feet to the fire. (Accountability of the government)

Project Gunwalker and giving credit where credit is due.

It has been quite a while sense I posted in my Blog so I thought I would post something.

Many of the Lamestream media for the last 3 months have avoided the story of Project Gunwalker. Of the one who have said something about it, they have put their usual Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell anti-gun spin, and yes even Fox News has avoided this issue like the plague.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due and it is due with interest to Mike Vanderboegh and David Codrea, the real question is, will they get the proper recognition for their efforts? I really don’t think so because the Lamestream medias regard them as low life bloggers and not true Authorized Urnalists. If it was not for these two, other bloggers, and the hand full of ATF agents who saw the wrong the ATF was engaged in, the world would just be going about their lazy busyness of complacency.

The Lamestream media such as communist news network (CNN), MSNBC, ABC and many news rags like the New York slimes, would be telling you that you can only believe that the ATF is doing a great job of stifling the rights of free Americans, and that they need more money and manpower to further their Gestapo tactics against Law Abiding citizens. Of course this is all under the control of the Department of InJustice, which is controlled by Homeland Insecurity, who is under the thumb of osamaobama and his group of elite tyrants in government.

For years I have avoided many of these Lamestream medias due to their socialist leaning beliefs, and this included CBS. Sense CBS was willing to take on the issues of Project Gunwalker to the airwaves and I personally believe at great risk. They have moved up a few notches in my book of responsible news medias. Sheryl Attkisson not only did a great job of investigating, and reporting this scandal but she is dam nice to look at too. Though it took quite a while for CBS to get on this bandwagon, they did come through.

Other noted Bloggers such as David Workman and Kurk Hofmann, along with others that I just can not remember have aided in this story by helping to keep the ball rolling with their own columns in the Examiner. Many thanks to all who helped spread the word and to the ATF agents who risked everything to shed light on something I believe got out of hand in the upper ranks of oppressive task masters in government. Yes there are some good ATF agents with hart and soul to do the right thing, and many are not the enemy of the pro-gunners but only wish to keep the bad guys from reeking havoc on the innocent in society.

No fly/No buy

It is real easy to yell rights violation when it is your rights being violated. But if it is someone that we don’t know then most people tend to be mum on voicing decent against any violation of rights. Just take a for instance the Time Square dumb ass I mean Bomber, Many are saying that we should forgo his rights to anything because he is a terrorist, others are harping on a no buy for people on the no fly list.

Some are trading some freedom for a little bit of self-perceived protection just to ease their minds. In the case of the Time Square bomber, he was not on the no fly list so he could fly; buy guns and ammo, along with other things. So just what good does taking rights away have to do with this guy. Nothing because he was legally entitled to all freedoms and rights that we all have.

Now that POS bloomberg wants to make anyone on the no fly list a criminal with out due process of law. Just so he can deny Second Amendment rights to another group of American citizens without just cause. Many on the no fly list are common names that match a lot of people. So by denying rights to anyone on that list it will deny innocent people their rights because they have the same name as someone who is a person of interests.

If you are a hard-core terrorist hoping for your 72 virgins, and you are not part of the no fly list then I guess you can get anything you want. This will make no deference to the outcome of your attempt to visit Allah in person. Unless bloomberg and his other sheep are proposing we should racial profile people to insure they are on the no fly/no buy list. That may have had some effect on the bomber if he was on the list to start with and it was a no fly/no buy list. Though he still could buy propane, gasoline, fertilizer, and other components for bomb making. He just would not of been able to buy a gun, which he did not use.

The soul purpose of the no fly/no buy list is to deny law abiding Citizens their rights to buy, own, and use firearms, nothing more. If you speak out against one or more of osamaobamas policies or maybe tend a Tea Party rally then by Homoland Insecurity you are a person of interest and can be placed on the no fly list. When you actually did nothing to even closely relate to the need for your name to be added to the list.

This list is so secret that even a judge has no authority to call forth the list to see who is on it, nor do they have to prove justification for putting your name on the list. If you file a suite all that Homoland Insecurity has to do is tell the judge that they have reasonable cause for your name to be on the list, without providing anything to the courts.

This list is a grave injustice to the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, but the reason they get away with it is because the people will not stand up against it. A lot of sheep are saying well it is for the greater good, so we just have to put up with it, which is until they want to fly some place and find their names are on the list. Then we also have names that should be on the list are not like the known terrorist friend of osamaobama “ayers”. This POS can still fly anywhere he wants to and yet he is a known terrorist.

People need to get a set of balls and start flooding the legislature and white house with their disapproval of this injustice of American rights before it really is to late to do anything about it. If we allow any rights violations by this government then they will not stop and shall end up violating all rights of everyone who is not an elite.

The clock is ticking away and with every passing minute we see more violations of American rights. Soon it will be to late to stop the blood bath that is coming. The time to act is now not tomorrow. Pass this on to everyone you know and have them start writing those that believe they are our taskmasters. Make a stand for what is right and not for the elite slave owners (the government) in America.

What part of illegal do you not understand?

It is not illegal immigrant, but rather illegal alien. One does not immigrate illegally, this implies the lack of legal procedure, and/or respect for a countries laws. If one is immigrating then it implies going through the proper channels and laws to achieve the desired results.

If you are here in this country illegally then you are a lawbreaker and should be thrown in jail to serve time then deported. If you come here through legal channels and try to be legal then good, and I say more power to you.

The only way to stem the illegal tide of aliens is for them to get a backbone and arm themselves to take back their country. Once they remove the corruption then they can start to look for industry to help the unemployment. Instead of relying on handouts from other countries that go into the pockets of the elite, then they can start to use that money to rebuild their own country and make it something.

Just as with many countries though mexico is lazy and does not want to risk their own lives to secure freedom and safety. They would rather sponge off other countries and let someone else do the dirty work for them. If the American military formed up and rolled across the boarder to clean out the bad guys in mexico they would all cheer until it was done then they would demand us out of the country.

None of the illegal aliens would lift a finger to help secure their country, why should they? Sense they get free handouts here and don’t have to do anything but vote for the social-ists who will give them more.

Do you Really support the Second Amendment Part 2

Rifled barrels = Actually dates as far back at the 15th century but was not really produced until the 18th century. Due to the complexities of producing the rifling. During the revolutionary war for independence we saw the first real use of rifled barrels in muskets. Where marksman (snipers) was given rifled barreled muskets to use against the enemy.

Flintlock = dates some place around 1635 where the need for faster and reliable firing of weapons had a need.

Percussion cap = 1842 where again the need for faster and more reliable firing of small arms was needed.

Metallic case cartridges = was introduced around 1845

Revolvers = has a related history dating as far back as 1597 with the revolving arquebus produced by Hans Stopler, but the real leader in advanced forearms design was Samuel Colt with his 1836 patented designed revolver which enjoyed a lot of new innovations over the years sense.

Lever action rifles = actually dates back to around 1848 but saw no real popularity until right around 1860

Semi automatic weapons = can be dated back to 1885 with Ferdinand Ritter von Mannlicher’s Model 85 semi automatic rifle which spurned other designs and innovations in shot guns, rifles, and handguns.

Full automatic weapons = Actually are dated back to 1862 and are directly related to the Gatling gun.

SURPRISE full Automatic weapons were never against the law for individual citizens to buy, own, and use and still are not against the law. Though in 1934 congress passed the National Firearms Act, effectively placing a tax on manufacturing and transfer of certain firearms and full auto weapons fell under this bogus attempt at restricting personal ownership.

Just what is this about you might be saying? Well it has to do with a train of belief in many circles where some people believe that our founders had no insight into the advancements of modern weapons. You see they were smart men, some were very educated, and most had the foresight to know that weapons would advance in function, design, and lethality.

At no time in our history until the 1934 was there any restrictions place on buying selling, owning, and/or using any small arms by the citizens of this country. I had a copy of and link to the actual minutes of the meeting in congress back in 1932 where they were trying to figure out how to ban ownership, and use of private owned weapons. The Unites States Attorney General then shot down ever conceived scam to ban guns for civilian ownership based on Constitutional grounds except the taxing of them under the interstate commerce clause. Which is technically not a ban but it gave the BATF the authority to deny you the tax stamp on certain weapons they felt one should not own.

Even at that meeting of congress in 1932 one of the reasons for the ban on private gun ownership was racist in nature, where one congressman stated and it is on record, that the worst thing we can do is to let a black man (ni_ _ _r) have a pistol and a bottle of whisky on a train.

Up until the usurping of the governments power over constitutional gun rights in 1934 one could order a full automatic Thompson sub-machine gun or even a BAR right from the Sears and Roebuck catalog and it would be mailed right to you. Many general stores had them on the shelf.

Most of the fears of gun ownership stem from the government fearful of the populist. They use any and all excuses to take from you a GOD given right, backed by our Bill of Rights. Hollywood is no friend to the Bill of Rights unless some restriction is directly placed on them but for the common citizen they support any attempt to deny you of something that was given by a higher authority then them, the government or mankind.

A lot of what we have today and basically sense the early 1900’s is a lack of belief in a GOD who granted us these rights. Where man is steadily renouncing even the thought of a higher being, who is more important and powerful then man himself, we are running into the train of thought that our Second Amendment rights was not granted by such a being but rather by the all powerful government and they can choose to take that right any time they want.

Do you really support the Second Amendment?

When anyone says will I support the Second Amendment but…they are really saying that they do not in fact support the Second Amendment because the Second Amendment is unconditional not like the other rights.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Here we have Amendment I, show me where it says that no one can restrict any of these rights? It plainly says “Congress shall not”, putting a restriction on a given federal government body “the Congress”. No restrictions on the state at all so we had to have a 14th Amendment to stop states from enacting laws denying the rights as recognized by our First Amendment.

Contrary to popular opinion the right to yell fire in a crowded theater is not a federal law, restriction nor even a mandate. But comes from state laws not actually restricting the actual speech but rather placing consequences for the words you utter that may cause harm to body or reputation (slander) of persons. Even here we must still use due process of law before we can find someone guilty of an offence of free speech, or any of the listed rights in the First Amendment.

AMENDMENT XIV
Passed by Congress June 13, 1866. Ratified July 9, 1868.

Note: Article I, section 2, of the Constitution was modified by section 2 of the 14th amendment.

Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The Second Amendment has no restrictions place on it, as does the First Amendment. It clearly states, “Shall not be infringed”, this alone is the most powerful statement in the whole of the Second Amendment. It does not say shall not be infringed “except”, it does not say shall not be infringed by Congress, nor just the brady bunch. It says “shall not be infringed” clearly restricting any infringement by anyone, except through due process of law.

The Second Amendment needs no protection of the 14th Amendment because it is automatically incorporated to any and all governing bodies. The Bill of Rights was created to restrict government from violating the listed rights and this included all forms of government in the USA unless specified other wise as is in the First Amendment.

Due process of law was always held to mean until sentence was served in full then all rights were restored fully. In the middle of the 20th century we seen the advent of new meanings calling some violations of law to be felony’s and the restrictions of life time punishment for the felony’s to continue well after the time was served.

Today we see some rights restored by the courts except the Second Amendment. Very few have ever had their Second Amendment rights restored even after a court ruled in their favor. The BATFU still holds the right to deny you the Second Amendment rights regardless if a court rules to give it back to you.

It was never once a felon always a felon, until the middle of the 20th century and the need of socialists to control the people of this country and for them to decide what rights you should have. Then we saw the corruption of the meaning and miss-interpretation of the wording of the rights so they could get people to believe it was all wrong for 200 years.

Then we saw the adding of some laws as felons this continued until today where almost everything is a felony, or can be made into a felony for convenience. The rights everyone had is slowly being eroded to a point where most people just shrug their shoulders and say it does not effect me or there is nothing I can do about it. Removing a right is simple today sense most people will not band together and stop it.

If you say, “I support the Second Amendment except,” you are leading more credence to the division of our power to stop further restrictions on rights. Once rights are gone it takes spilling of blood and/or dam near a miracle to get them back.

Is it possible?

Some tend to think nothing is wrong with our country and everything is hunky dory. Others might argue that many things are wrong with America and we are being flushed down the toilet. Depending on how one looks at everything will dictate how one believes. If you’re a left leaning socialist democrat then everything is great. If you’re a right leaning conservative then we are in the end times with hell in America.

Not to rain on any-ones parade but America is in a sinkhole and the only way to get us out is nothing short of a revolt against the tyrants that have, and are putting us there.

Capitalism
The people, who complain that capitalism is wrong and criminal, are a can short of a full six-pack. Capitalism has made this country great, raising above all the rest of the world. A person, who argues against Capitalism, is for the most part lazy asses who want what everyone has without working for it.

The use of such words like racist, hate mongering, slavery, ect. play a part in scaring people into following the beliefs of the lazy in trashing our Capitalist based country. They are afraid to be tagged as anything but a sheep. I got news for the lazy, and that is Capitalism did not create slavery, man did.

If Capitalism is so wrong then why is it that the rest of the world wants our money? If we eliminate Capitalism then the rest of the world will starve, sense we Americans are the soul supporters of many lazy countries.

Gun Control
Well one can see that the world peace has not materialized yet even though much of the world does not allow its slaves to own firearms. With the ever pressing need for some in America to have everyone become a victim of violence by the government, we can see the need to remain armed and vigilant at all times.

If this socialist administration has it’s way we Americans will become the world slaves, where by we work to support the nasty habits of foreign countries, which we basically do now anyway. Being citizens armed and vigilant is the last bearer against total slavery of the masses.

Some where around 125,000,000 to 150,000,000 people in the 20th century alone have been killed in countries that would not allow it’s citizens to be armed for defense. Some very nasty tyrants have raised their ugly heads in many of them same countries.

Education
Some place with in the 20th century we lost the American education of our children, replacing it with diversity, non-secular, humanistic, victimization teachings of our very future.

We no longer produce Americans, who are educated in the fine art of being American, and proud, but rather we have become pussyafied men who are more women then women are. Women have become the dominant alpha males in our society, extolling the virtues of castrating the once male figures. This has been taught with in our schools for many long years.

Some of it creeping in the teachings here and there, very slowly so as to not raise red flags to alarm the people. I just read yesterday where a young girl who was a member of her High School ROTC class, got suspended from school for 6 days in Florida for chastising a student wiring a Burka, and refusing to stand and salute the American flag and refusing to say the pledge of allegiance. Why? Because she had hurt the feelys of someone else who does not support America but is here leaching off our fruits of labor.

Freedom of Speech
Well it seems that soon we can kiss this one good by; sense the fairness doctrine will put undue requirements on rightwing speech. Requiring an apposing view to be published, or broadcast, where it may be none approved speech by the current administration. Not to mention that many would be protectors of rights out there, want to shut down any thing that speaks against the socialist doctrines of this current cesspool of our government.

The left leaning socialist has enough hate mongers of the American way of life that they do not need to force the right wing into allowing an apposing view on their broadcasts. This fairness doctrine does not support the same requirements for the socialist talk shows nor printed views. So it is not really a fairness doctrine but rather a suppression of right wing free speech.

Supporting the fairness doctrine is none other then the Authorized journalists from cnn, abc, cbs, and nbc. Sense it will give then authority over any news that they wish to drown us out of.

Freedom of religion
Don’t bet on it, you will loose your hard earned money. Oops sorry the government is taking that anyway, but you will have IOU’s in its place. As was posted on the forum the other day we see where a religious hating judge has ordered a 10 year old girl to attend public school because she defends her beliefs to vigorously. In other words you can go to church but keep your mouth shout about your beliefs unless it is wicca, witchcraft, muslim, or Kwanzaa, then you can say all you want.

Don’t even think about displaying your beliefs in a given religion if it has to do with Christianity, or Judaism in school, they have and will make you stop and/or suspend you for it. Do not attack other religions of the world because you will be hung out to dry by the very self same people who some times sit next to you in your church.

Some professed Christian religions embrace acceptance of occults and non-secular beliefs with in their very buildings they are suppose to be worshiping Christ in. Some even have stopped the reference to Christ, so as to not offend others of diversity.

We even see an acceptance of sin within these self same churches; because it would be hate mongering to not allow a fag, child molester to not be a priest, preacher, or deacon. When it is clear that “GOD” (was I just political incorrect), (let me fix the politically incorrect and make it DOG so as to not offend) that homosexuality was a sin of one of the worst kinds.

Corrupt government
This is hard sense all corruption is in the eyes of the beholder, however we see this administration sh*t deep in forced change toward socialism. This is a corruption of the worst kind sense we Americans are not a socialist state.

We might ask ourselves how they can achieve this belief in socialism. The only way is through force, and threats. If you choose to speak out against a political meeting of this administration, then you are a racist, terrorist, right wing Christian, their words not mine.

Now comes the part everyone does not want to see. The forced part, where we will not have any choices left to us. In order for this administration to gain absolute power they must fill every hole in government with likeminded ass wipes, (Have we seen this yet?).

Then they must amass a force, which will enforce the will of the government on the citizens, (private Army anyone).

Lets not forget the corruption of the meanings of the Constitution and Bill of Rights to convince everyone that they and our founders were wrong, (living documents).

Create panic to use the executive power to suspend what rights they can, (maybe a flu like fear).

Make everything against the authority of the government, by make everyone not to your liking a potential terrorist, (Homoland Insecurity).

Restrict Americans in their travels and just what they can buy, (No fly, No buy list).

Gain control of our money and banks, (maybe pass a law giving full access of your bank accounts to the government, (Government run health care H.R. 3200)).

Though there are a few more steps in the process, the last is proclaim yourself as supreme leader of America and suspend all elections under what ever excuses you can find. (This has not happened yet but stand by).

Records being kept

This got me to thinking about something I read about just within the last few months, where a collage student was assigned to write and give a lecture about something that was a high profile issue in America now. So he picked the subject in support of guns on campus.

When giving his lecture he made no statement that could be construed as a threat, but his teacher reported him to school security and they whisked him into their office and grilled him like a common criminal. They also produced a list of guns he owned and demanded he tell them where they were, how they were stored, and other things about them that they had no need to know.

Now one might think well nothing here to be concerned about. But one should look at the fact that a collage campus security had a list of all the guns that he owned. Where did they get the list? From what I remember there was not enough time for them to go to each gun dealer and inquire about the purchased weapons by this person not to mention that school security is rent-a-cop with no authority to canvas any gun shop records.

A few years after the passing of the brady bill requiring a federal background check. I believe it was found that the governor of New Jersey was acquiring all weapons purchases information from the Background checks to keep and compile a national database with. I seem to remember some law suite I think by the NRA to put a stop to it and have the records destroyed. The case was won and this perpetrator of citizen disarmament was ordered to destroy the records and stop any further compiling of said lists.

Whether he complied or not I cannot say nor can I prove, but I tend to believe he did not. Here in Hardin county Kentucky the Sheriff was caught making his own files of people who applied for a CCWP, which is against state law. Legal action was brought against him; to stop and destroy all compiled records. Supposedly he complied but it is in question now sense my son applied and the Sheriff took 2 photos of him for the CCWP it is believed he is still compiling and keeping records of his own. A new legal action is about to be brought against him but he probably will blow this off as well. (Note) Only one photo is required for a CCWP here in Kentucky and sense the Sheriff was caught making the second photo for his record it is believed he is at it again.

I believe that some form of compiled records of what guns, who purchased them is being kept some place, possible on a local level or possible both federal and local. Can I prove it NO, but from these listed cases and some other things I have read about it leads me to believe it is possible.

Amices brief from 34 states Attorney Generals

As of right now there are 34 signatures on the Amices brief from 34 states Attorney Generals supporting the incorporation of the 14th amendment into the 2nd Amendment. One might think this is a good thing sense if the Supreme Court rules in favor of incorporation it will make each state the same. But really think about it, like an anti-gunner and see if it sounds so great.

With an incorporation of the 14th Amendment into the 2nd Amendment you now have all states that must abide by federal law and if the anti-gunners can get federal law passed restricting some form of gun control then each state will have to comply. Where if it is not incorporated then a state can tell the federal government to shove it.

Also consider this, that the Attorney General of commiefornia Jerry Brown has signed this brief in support of incorporation. Do not be so fast to say that Jerry Brown is a pro-gunner sense he has control of what is a legal firearm in commiefornia. The list of banned guns in commiefornia is longer then my arm, as the saying goes. So if an anti-gunner like Jerry Brown is supporting the incorporation then something must be wrong. Let us also consider that the brady bunch also wants this ruling of incorporation.

Let us not forget that the Scotus ruling in the case of Heller vs. D.C. was not the win that was spewed forth by some semi-pro-gun groups. It left the door open for reasonable restrictions with out actually defining these restrictions and anyone can say a total ban of everything but a S&W .22lr. Pistol is reasonable. Licensing of gun owners and each weapon can be considered reasonable in many eyes of socialism. This will depend on how the rulers in our governments see it; little input from the actual public will be almost nil.

With the miss guided Scotus ruling already in place, this ruling may just be the thing the anti-American/anti-gunners are waiting for. Largely because of the left undone and said of the Scotus ruling in Heller vs. D.C. With the 2nd Amendment stating, “Shall not infringe” and this meaning is quite clear to even a moron, we still have infringement being forced on us all the time under the guise of reasonable restrictions, and for public safety.

I see no place in the 2nd Amendment the authority to restrict this right in any way, shape, or form by any governing body whether it be local, county, state, or federal. I see no authority to allow reasonable restrictions for any cause at all. The issue of public safety is largely used as a form of authority to restrict a right that is absolute, when public safety has nothing to do with it. Weapons account for far less deaths and injuries then does Automobiles and yet automobiles are not protected by the Constitution. Also they are not under the over zealous attacks by the socialists in America.

Doctors have nearly a 12 to 1 ratio of accidental deaths compared to accidental gun deaths every year. But we don’t see the socialists screaming about banning Doctors. While reading, and thinking about what may or may not happen with our government regarding the outlook of it turning socialist and un-American I came away with another impression. This being just as dangerous to the American people as anything else.

False arrest under the pretence of falsified information, say you are an outspoken appoint of osamaobama and his ill begotten socialists in our government (I don’t know anyone who would do this though) and they want to put a muzzle on you. All that is required is for someone to say you need to be shut up. The feds take the ball from there and with the aid of the socialist supporting news media you will be found to be anything from a child molester to an out right white supremacy and maybe everything else in between.

Never having done anything more then voice your opinion and beliefs. If you are not shot and killing in the raid to quite you, you will be jailed without bond possibly and this amounts to guilty until proven innocent. Most of us little people have not the money to hire a high priced lawyer let alone even a lawyer of any type to defend us. In essence we will go to jail regardless, effectively muzzling any opposition speech.

The ability to get a fair trial will be null sense the socialist news media has all but proven your guilt to the world and most people will believe them without a second thought. Along with the very liberal socialist judges in place already I just don’t feel comfortable with getting set free.

This being a very real threat to freedom loving Americans we now can invision a use for the 200+ concentration camps (that we don’t have in America). Like many dictators of the past and present many people who are considered opposition just simply disappear never to heard from again. Though some may view this as tin hat stuff or just won’t happen, it has a surreal feel to it and should not be taken lightly. We have become complacent in listening to the news media and saying to ourselves that they must of done something wrong, why else would they have 50 armed men in full tactical gear to arrest this one person and 5 black helicopters flying over head?

This makes me look back to such incidents as Waco, Ruby Ridge and wander. Not wanting to be a conspiracy theorist with regard to these two situations, but if memory serves me right the news media had already sliced and diced them to the public before the shooting started.

With every arrest of any suspected criminal we have the news media perching on the bandwagon about the virtues and need for his arrest. As I see and listen to them flap their mouths off of just how bad this guy is the last thing we hear from them is a sarcastic remark about them possibly being innocent until a court says deferent.
So why even extol the virtues of this persons arrest if you do not know his guilt nor can absolutely prove his involvement in the act you say he is? I would have to say that it boils down to a socialist view by the news media, which is to lend credence to their want for power over the tiny American slaves.

The need for trained medical staff will actually go up because many doctors will just simply quite medicine. We will see many new doctors whose diplomas come right out of a cracker jacks box. With a the manual “how to be a doctor for dummies”, and you will sit on one of their tables where this doctor with a bag of plumbing tools instead of medical equipment will tend to you.

The socialist doctors will have pliers to remove a hangnail with, but don’t worry you don’t have to pay for it. They may use something like a hack saw to perform an operation where they need to cut you open, but don’t worry you don’t got to pay for it. Its free health care. Of course if your constipated the doctor has a plumbers snake to clear you out with at no charge to you.

All these fine tool that an aspiring doctor would ever want comes to them free along with their course “how to be a doctor for dummies” and a beautiful diploma that they can hang on their wall. All this for the price of socialism, but wait as an added bonus they will throw in a sub course of “how to be a dentists for dummies”.

Modeling our socialist health care after many other nations in the world we may just see something like mandatory Ti Chi being conducted in our neighborhoods each and every morning before you are off to the rice patties for your daily work. But don’t fret any, it is all a part of your free socialist health care that commissar osamaobama, and his cronies in Washington decided you needed.

It is possible that one may also see a daily reporting of just what you ate yesterday and how much exercise you got via the internet. You just might be required to submit this report each and every day so a doctor and/or hospital can see if you are keeping up with your orders for a life style they have choose for you.

Sense we will be a socialism and not the republic we were born of, there will be no need for religion anymore. Communism does not really have religions and the socialist health care is health care for the body, mind and spirit. I guess the reason we have legalized abortion is so the socialists could legally abort this republic and get away with it. But don’t worry its free with your forced socialist health care.

It is very possible that confessionals will be installed in each and every clinic and each hospital, so that you can confess before seeing the doctor. Something I left out in Socialist health care, “the movie”, is how the socialists in our country will get the vast majority of Americans to except this reason for supporting legalized abortion (socialist health care). That being the ministry of propaganda, in order to get the sheep in America to believing this is what America wants and needs.

Yes we do have a propaganda ministry, you may not recognize it as it is but should understand when it is explained to you.

Part of our propaganda ministry is the news media and probably the biggest part of it. Such news media as CNN (communist news network), NBC (national broadcast communists), CBS (communist broadcast service), and ABC (American broadcast communists), all have decided that anything they report is what Americans should believe and want without question by us surf’s. Not to mention their desire and attempts to close down free speech and free press or at least have free press ruled as exclusively theirs. Virtually stopping all other possible news surceases like Blogs, web sites, and basement printing presses. Anything to stop the free flow of thought, ideas, and speech other then what is approved by the government and/or authorized news medias.

Yes Margo the selfish authorized news media and authorized journalists have tried and still try to shut down these other surceases of news and proclaimed their self’s the only authorized and real news in America. Another attempt to shut the peoples up is what is called the fairness doctrine, or the fairness in media doctrine whichever title they want to stick to it. It alone will stifle free speech along with free thought, unless it is pre-approved by our glorious leaders.

Using such socialist ideas as making speech against something our government, politicians, and/or media and their ideologies as hate speech and thus illegal is just another way to say shut the fuck up and believe as we tell you to believe. The government is behind and supportive of this arm of the propaganda ministry, they have the most to gain and the most to loose, namely power, control, and money.

For way to long has our government and news media believed that they were all powerful, and having the rights above us slaves in America. Sighting some obscure passage that may of come right out of Linen’s own written works, or possible Mao Tsa Tong’s books, possibly from Hitler himself, as Constitutional proof of their royalist and right to dictate to free Americans.

Yes this does have to do with socialist health care because if no one can present an apposing side that is not pre-approved by our government then the government has managed its goal of keeping us in the dark. Therefore we Americans will just go about our daily government proscribed lives.

When the governing body in the U.S. invokes Lincoln it simply means get back to work and pay your dues. Most of the political leaches in our government that invoke Lincoln are democrats, and just why would a democrat invoke Lincoln when he was a republican.

Not to rain on the socialist’s parade but socialist health care is a European socialist concept and not American. We can even see just by the fact that this will be forced on us that its roots are deeply embedded in socialism.

One part of the socialist health care is the evaluation of the mental condition of said people everywhere. Any and all differing life styles, belief’s, and thought can and will be used as a deviate form of mental health problem. Which will make a qualifier for possessing, owning and buying weapons illegal. It is very likely that the mental health issue is a part of the whole package of socialist health care the government will require you to have.

If one thinks or acts outside the prescribed norm in the socialist medical community then you have a mental problem. This is just another way of control the government will lay on your sorry ass, and the propaganda ministry will use it to take more rights away from the peoples that they don’t want you to have.

If one were to look at the socialist health care in many countries you would see monstrosities that we Americans would normally never put up with. Such as Russia (former Soviet Union) where their health care was free but an assembly line like in a car manufacturing plant.

Patents needing cataract surgery were laid on a table side by side and a doctor set at the head. The patent and bed would roll to his position and he would do his little part in the surgery then the patent would roll to the next doctor where he would do his little part, and so on and so on until you were through the line then you were helped out of bed and told to return to work.

Well I am not a car to be worked on like a brainless manufacturing assembly line; so Russian type of socialist health care can go fuck its self. Then we have Indian socialist health care.

In India if a woman needed an abortion that is oft times put in a bed where a doctor would come to her and do the procedure right there without and anesthetic at all, no operating room, and no privacy. It is widely reported to be very painful and little or no attention was given her until she either bled to death or the medical staff told her it was time to go and she would be released.

Most socialist health care systems in the world is way over crowded to a point where no one really gets the personal attention like they do in our health care system right now. What our commerads in office want you to believe that this socialist health care is utopia and everyone will be a walking prime example of super human Americans, whom bows down to the enlightened that has led us into being subjects to Europe.

Just take a tour of the socialist health care facilities of the world and see what is in store for you if America goes the way of forced health care. Of course we won’t be operating on you in a mud hut like in some parts of Africa. After all we are civilized and modern, but then again we will be giving more money to other countries in order for them to be just like us, so there will be less for our needs. However we should have enough money to at the very least plant grass in the hut you will get your health care in.

When you come out of the socialist health care from the new assembly line operations you will have the option of having a GM, Chrysler, or Ford emblem tacked to your forehead at no charge to you.

Just in the last 2 weeks we have heard and read a lot about the reforms the government wants to impose on us in health care. Some may think it good and some may thing it bad, but any forced compliance of the people to ad-hear to any new law regarding health care is nothing short of socialism.

This countries was not founded as a socialism, nor are we a socialism, and any attempt to pervert it to socialism is paramount to a declaration of war against the freedoms that we Americans have enjoyed sense our founding. Do not blame the American people who make a stand against forced socialism. It is our right to say fuck off you communist prick.

The government wants to force health care upon every citizen in America so they can fall in line with the socialist governments of the world. Some of the things they want to force on us are, a health plan that you cannot opt out of but must have regardless of ability or want to pay.

National data based health information of each and every person in the country, now just why do they need to do this? A doctor in New York has no need or business being able to access my health records. The government has no business knowing anything about my health needs.

Forced health maintance, where by a doctor and/or hospital can and will demand you live with in an approved life style. You will only be able to eat what they tell you, drink what they want you to drink, have sex when, where, and with whom they say, own what they feel you should own. Anything not approved by the government, doctor, and/or hospital will be deemed illegal and you may be arrested and imprisoned possibly without a trial.

Once a year or possible twice a year you will be required to report to the nearest hospital or assigned medical facility where you will under go a physical exam regardless if you want it or not. If they feel you need shots you will get them regardless if you really need it. This will include experimental drugs that may or may not be healthy for you. If you removed a splinter that was superficial in nature and they find out that you did, you could be arrested and grilled as to why you did it instead of going to the hospital and having a dick head there remove it.

To offer a health care plan where Americans can look at and decide if it is right for them is OK but to force any type of health care on a citizen should be met with force amounting to rebellion.

Let us not forget another important issue regarding forced health care, and that is who and how is this going to be paid for? As of the release of the congressional health care plan they had no idea how to pay for it, none what so ever. Suggestions that are being batted around right now are increasing taxes on everyone and everything. Some dub this as a sin tax because in their warped opinions you don’t need to eat tweekies.

There are deferent taxes they are hoping to institute in order to pay for this all. One being a tax on goods (sin tax) like fast food, cakes, candy, sodas, coffee, tobacco, booze, meat, and just about anything they consider bad for you. Of course the Doctors will deem these things bad and therefore illegal so you won’t be able to buy them anyway.

The other tax they are looking at is income tax, every two-bit politician says no new taxes but they never say that they will not raise the taxes you already pay. This along with the sin tax will probably be how the government tries to pay for it and I say tries. This will end like all other programs where they tax the shit out of Americans to pay for it. It will end up in the coffers of the government and in the pockets of the leaches. The real object here is to force Americans into being one of the highest tax paying countries in the world in order to pay for the worlds problems.

No nation with socialized health care has lower taxes unless they are third world countries where we already subsidize their costs through the world thieves (the U.N.). Another way they are thinking of for paying for this monstrosity is through the employer where every business must pay all the medical insurance and costs associated with health care, regardless if your employed with them or not. Now if I had a business and I was told I had to pay for others health care outside my employees I would just close down and lay everyone off and they could just collect unemployment and get some form of welfare medical.

Not one thought of cutting existing useless government programs was ever though of when the half wits in congress decided to put together this abortion of American freedoms. I still wander of we Americans are paying 50 million dollars a year to support inner-city youth midnight basketball programs. Well if we are then it needs to stop and that money put toward health care. Maybe we could stop paying the 50 million dollar give away the government gives each and every new congressman when they first enter office, supposedly for their state but many seem to all of a sudden started a family business of a consultant firm or some such leaching criminals where a large portion of that 50 million ends up in their families pockets.

I know…I know some of you will say we can cut the military budget because they are the biggest spenders of our money. Not quite so, the welfare programs consume the most money in our country, and as of right now it is followed by Homeland Insecurity. Then the military.

Some people are going to say all this is a little far fetched or ten hat stuff because none of it will happen. Now we need to back up some because part of the congressional proposed health care plan says you will be required to have it and if you refuse you can and will be arrested. Now just what are they going to do with someone they arrest for refusing to subjugate themselves to government health control? Well they could for one throw you in jail, fine you, re-educate you, confiscate everything you owned…oops sorry you won’t be able to own anything soon anyway.

Soon after the implementation of this socialist dictatorship type program, if you refuse to comply then you will be jailed without a trial because it is cut and dry violation of orders of your task masters in government. And what are you going to do about it? Nothing because you have no means to resist and fight back.

Now we come to where it concerns guns. A doctor has deemed personal weapons as a public health hazard and all private weapons are confiscated. Yes you gave them up for what ever reason you thought you should and I can say with all honesty that 97% of the American gun owners will lay down and submit to government dictatorship with little more then a whimper. Allowing your government socialist rulers like fienstein, palosi, boxer, klinton, (all the females with a dick and balls), and people like dood, shameer, waxman, dingell, and kirk (all the men with pussies) to tell you just what you need and want. For your own good because your little people and cannot make that choice for your self’s.

It says, “The plan would require individuals to get coverage and employers to contribute.” This sounds a lot like socialism and I am not a socialist so forcing me to obtain this coverage will just result in either you’re Government Shutting T.F.U. and going away or you can shoot and kill, either way I don’t got to put up with it and I won’t.

If it was made an option to have I might think about it but the Government has no authority to force me into any health care plan of theirs. This is paramount to declaring war on the freedoms to choose for our own self’s. This is one of the many things that really piss me off and I refuse to apologize for my language nor my anger at and toward the socialist state this administration is leading our once great country under the guise of for our own good.

I hope you realize that a hell of a lot of the American citizens are in fact mistrusting and hateful of this socialist Government and NO the government is not the country nor is anyone of the elite politicians that believe that they are rulers of us low life people. I can tell you now that I neither need nor want government controlling my life or me.

While Nero played his lyre as he watched Rome burn in 64 A.D. whispers of his involvement were circulating shortly after. Seemingly Nero needing something to draw attention away from him, so the creation of a scapegoat fell to the Christians and many were rounded up and burnt at the stake for nothing more then being the whipping boys of Nero.

Nero seemingly catered to the lower classes of people during his reign of terror or power, whichever way one wants to look at it. Being very popular among the less fortunate and the working class of people he enjoyed popularity and was likened to being a God among them.

This allowed him to get away with much that normally would of ended in a very short reign of power and sudden death syndrome, which occurred often in the days of Rome.

Nero was one of the most corrupt and perverse Emperors to cross Rome, building an extravagant pleasure palace that had no rival. Labor was provided by forced and slave labor. The rich and/or well off were taxed heavily and most times to the point of everything they owned, then they were killed along with their families.

Make no mistake Nero by all accounts would of made a perfect liberal, democratic, socialist in our time. The comparison with Nero and today’s liberal, democratic, socialist is nothing less then uncanny.

While we have yet to see America burn, the comparison is still true. During the Watts riots in the 60’s we saw many stores and houses burnt to the ground. The L.A. riots during the 90’s saw fires all over the place. But nothing as of this time that could be likened to Rome during Nero’s reign.

Could a great fire that kills countless people and destroys billions of dollars of property happen in America? Yes it could if something dramatic happened to light the match, and the peoples were disarmed so they could not protect what is theirs, (commiefornia).

Could we see the heavy taxation of the rich and well off in America? Yes we can and we can see the desire to take from them in the very things our liberal, democratic, socialists are trying to do, and through the very words they spew forth with seemingly justifiable reasons they can create.

Could we see the execution of the rich/well off and their families? Not yet but as with anything fanatical liberals do it is possible. With the cat calls of the liberal, democratic, socialists in America to round up anyone who speaks out against them and/or can be accused of some form of hate speech this could be a clarion sign of the first step in mass murder of innocent American peoples. Kind of like the Jews during the socialist Hitler’s reign.

Will the liberal, democratic, socialists find something or someone to use as a scapegoat? They already do that if we just look at the anti-gun, anti-Christian, anti-right wing, anti-free speech rhetoric they pervert and spray out their cesspools for lips, one can see the use of an inanimate object and/or persons as our current day Nero’s scapegoat. Maybe just maybe it is not the object so much as it is the Second Amendment and/or the entire Bill of Rights that is actually the current day whipping boy of our Nero.

To clarify that our current day Nero is not an individual as was the Nero of Rome, but rather socialism which is more dangerous then a single individual sense it has many heads with many throats that would need to be cut to rid us of such a nasty beast. Though the socialists will say this is hate speech calling for the killing of their own kind, it is nothing more then a comparison.

During the reign of Nero in Rome if anyone spoke out against him or any of his laws they were quickly rounded up and executed. We can see the same desire with the socialists calling for the rounding up of anyone who uses some form of speech that the socialists want to call hate speech.

Just because I speak out against some form of treasoness policy, law, or person does not make it hate speech. Because I choose to not support or believe in a given political elitist does not make me a hate monger. Because I may choose to make a satire of a famous person does not make me a hate monger either. Regardless of what anyone wants to force me to believe I can and will hate and express it at my discretion and not yours. This is my right as a human being and you have only two choices. Like it or not you can, 1. STFU and go away or, 2. Shoot and kill, either way I don’t have to put up with you.

I am sure that we can find many more comparisons to Nero of Rome and our current day Nero of America, but in reality they are boring, not to mention full of dung up past their ears.

Recently the DHS published a list of possible home grown terrorists, sighting such ridicules clames as Libertarians, returning Veterans from the iraq war, Republicans, people who are against abortion, people who are anti-illegal aliens, members of the Militias, and many more classes of people who just believe differently then the kool-aid drinking crowd.

The list has a very bad undertone to it, because it places almost every true American on the list of potential terrorists, making even speech against government policies and/or people a threat. Some place close to 40% of the listed groups are simply right wing believers. This is an indication of a true Nazi regime starting toward raring its ugly head.

If you really dig deep you can find that this trend is nothing more then a way to control the massive indigenes sheep in this country. By placing fear in their minds and harts. Liberals have and are behind this cesspool of demented thinking. When Raciest/terrorism is deeply imbedded in the liberals throughout our history.

The founder of the KKK was a democrat and democrats are liberals, most of the member of the KKK were democrats. Left leaning democrats are for the most part supporters of socialism; Hitler was a believer in socialism. This guy who killed a security guard in the Holocaust museum was a socialist not a right wing nut like some are trying to make everyone believe.

If you look at the history of the Second Amendment as being part of the Bill of Rights then you find that it is an individual right, sense the Bill of Rights was written for the individuals and restrictions of the government from restricting the rights listed there in.

If we look at Amendment 1 it tells us that Congress shall make no law, not the state. So this being a order to congress forbidding congress from making laws restricting religion, freedom of speech, the press; the right of the people peaceably to assemble, petition the Government for a redress of grievances. The First Amendment had to have the protection of the 14th Amendment along with other Amendments in order to keep states from instituting their own laws.

The Second Amendment; A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Nowhere in this Amendment are there any restrictions of just the Federal Government. Quite the contrary it alone applies to any and all governing bodies, local, county, State, and Federal. How can this be so one might ask? Well first it says the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. There is no mention of a restriction of a specific governing entity, but rather forbids any governing body from in acting infringements. Secondly the purpose was a well regulated Militia, and just what is a well regulated Militia?

Title 10, Subtitle A, Part 1, Chapter 13, Section 311 of the United States Code defines the Militia thusly: § 311. Militia: composition and classes

(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.

(b) The classes of the militia are—

(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and

(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

This provides for the states to recognize and support (Non monetarily) a citizen Army to be called and directed by the Governor of each and every state. Which is not under the direction or authority of the Federal Government. The soul purpose of a Militia is to provide for the defense of the state, county, and city in which we live. There actions are governed by the Governor, then the sheriff, and lastly the chief of Police in their town. The Militia does not fall under the jurisdiction or authority of the federal Government in any way shape or form. To do so would make them just another federal controlled Army, and that is not the intent of each state to form its own Militias.

The National Guard was in the beginning an answer to the need for a Militia of the States, but as with most things the Federal Government usurped its authority and instituted authority and control over the National Guard. If you look the National Guard is under the Direction of the Governor, until the Federal Government has a need for them then they become a federal Army not covered by the Militia clause of the Second Amendment.

Contrary to miss conceived notions that the National Guard is the Militia among the Anti-freedom/anti-gunners the National Guard is National as it is stated in their name. The Militia is state only and is not subject to the powers of a corrupt federal Government.

As is provided by the laws governing the Militia one must be equipped with personal weapons and ammunitions that they must provide out of their own pockets. The State has no obligation to provide this along with other essensuals to the Militia. A State may if they feel the need and monetary fund permit can offer some supplies if the need arises.

Thusly we can see that the Militia as is referred to in the Second Amendment is a state formed and controlled entity. Making the Second Amendment applicable to the states as well and Federal Government.

In synopsis we can see that;
The second Amendment applies to the individual person in that it provides for the right of the people, not the right of the elite.

That the Militia as is referred to in the Second Amendment is made up of the individual person and they must provide their own arms and ammunition.

That the Militia is exclusively state Governed and at no time a part of any Federal body.
That the National guard is not the Militia because they can and are call upon by the Federal Government to be used outside the state and/or country to fight wars.

Now lastly a small part we have not covered; being necessary to the security of a free State. When referring to the individual State it was called the free State, or the several States. This was an implication of individuality among the State to be governed by such rule or law. Making the application of the Second Amendment a direct order against infringement by the State, and/or any Governing body regardless of whom it is.

The Second Amendment applies to any and all governments and need no 14th Amendment to protect it or incorporate it into the state. Sonia Sotomayor and her piece of shit collogues are dead wrong in their belief that the second Amendment does not apply to the State and the State/city can make their own laws restricting this God Given Right.

Most every southern state were dominated and controlled by commiecrats or what was to become commiecrats depending on how far one is willing to go back in history.

It was not until around the middle of the 20th century that most of the racist groups like the KKK become republican. During the early years of America and up until after the civil war the northern states was predominantly republican. Not commiecrats as they would have everyone believe. At this time I would like to offer my sincere thanks to president osamaobama for the $250 stimulus money I received. It was not wasted but rather put to good use. I bought a new red dot scope, a new 20 round detachable magazine for the SKS; along with several boxes of 7.62x39 silver bear ammo. Plus I got enough 7.62x51 silver bear ammo to fill my magazines (5) for my Cetme, along with 2 boxes of Winchester 7.62x51 Nato147 gr. FMJ for my Howa, 2 Boxes of Hornady 20 gr. XTP .17 HMR, 1 Box of S & B 148 gr. Wad cutters for my .38 Spl., and last but not least 1 box of 230 gr. FMJ ball .45 auto ammo.

We all know that with the appointment of the social-ist commissar Eric Holder as the U.S. Attorney General, we gun owners and supporters of the Second Amendment are in danger of becoming extinct. With his most recent statement about him and commissar osamaobama going to reinstate the assault weapons ban he has let the cat out of the bag publicly. But to most real second amendment supporters we already knew this was going to happen.

The next day after holder shooting his bunghole off, the speaker of the house publicly stated that no they were not going to ban assault weapons. This coming from commissar Nancy pissoly I mean commissar Palosi amounts to Hitler marrying a Jew out of love. It’s not going to happen. The agenda of commissar pissoly is total ban on all private gun ownership along with total subjugation of all free Americans.

So why the change of hart? Well it was not a change of hart but rather a matter of timing. Commissar pissoly is not against the ban of any weapon by us surfs but knows if they do not time it just right they will not achieve the desired results. As of this time commissar pissoly does not have the votes and means to institute a ban on anything gun related. This could change real quick, sense she is attempting to maneuver rules and laws governing our elected officials in how something can be approved without a fight from the opposition.

Some time real soon commissar pissoly will ask the House to consider a rule that will establish a time frame for debating bills submitted to them and which bills will qualify for the debate. It is believed that she will maneuver this to deny any debate or opposition to any anti-gun bill that they will receive. Make no mistake commissar pissoly is not any friend of gun owners or Second Amendment supporters.

So you might think this may put a hold on commissar Holder from instituting any gun bans. Not so because all it take is for commissar osamaobama to give commissar Holder an executive order and the ban is on. But you say this will violate the Supreme Courts ruling that it is an individual right to keep and bare arms. To us gun owners and Second Amendment supporters that would be true. However to most anti gunners this will not violate any rights sense they believe we do not have the right to start with.

All commissar Holder needs to comply with the supreme courts ruling is to allow one type of each weapons, such as you can own one revolver of S&W make in .38 special. Caliber this will appease the anti hand gun suck asses sense it does not restrict your owning a type of weapon. You will be allowed to own one bolt action rifle in .243 cal. and this will appease the demi gods of the anti gunners sense it is a rifle and this class of weapon has not been violated for ownership. You can own one double barrel shot gun in 410 gage this will appease the cum suckers of citizen disarmament.

No the courts are not on the side of the Second Amendment nor on the side of freedom and rights except for shit holes who want an abortion, or to stop all free religions in the U.S. When a Judge makes a ruling in favor of the Second Amendment, the supporters of social-ism attempt to have this Judge removed or voted out of their job. Replacing Judges in the Supreme Court may be sooner then we had hoped

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg As we know from the news reports has pancreatic cancer. This form of cancer is one of the most aggressive and most people do not survive it even with early detection. Now you might say “so what” well just for a heads up to the pro gun community, Ginsburg is 1 of the 4 that dissented against the Heller Decision last year.

Now this would be a reason to celebrate for gun owners under a normal American Administration and Congress. Sense osamaobama and his social-isl government are the new rulers of America and they are hell bent on creating a one world social-ism with a politburo as a governing body, we are still faced with nothing short of a far more communist leaning replacement for Ginsburg.

A few of the names that are popping up as replacements are David Ogden, Elena Kagan and Dawn Johnsen. Each has been appointed to offices in the osamaobama administration that is the stepping-stone for an appointment to the United States Supreme Court. All 3 of these POS’s are very far left and very anti gun, which is in line with the osamaobama agenda of world domination.

Ginsburg being a cancer survivor already makes her chances of survival less then a person who has never had it. Ginsburg is about as close as any have come to being a social-ist in our supreme court. But Ginsburg could be considered a true conservative compared to the 3 listed above.

Well this is just one judge who will only be replaced with another left leaning POS. No win no loss. Be very cautious because there are at least 2 others that are believed may retire in the next year or 2. If one is from the group that voted pro gun in the Heller case then we will be at a disadvantage when the next fight comes to the Supreme Court.

There are at least 2 cases right now that may just make the Supreme Court regarding our gun rights. Don’t look for them to be decided on for a while at least and this will put us at a disadvantage of time. What…OH yes the Authorized Journalist and Authorized News Agencies are the ones who feel that there is no valid news to be found in Blog’s, Message Boards, Forums, and Web Pages, and they feel that the only ones who should be Authorized to report the news they want you to hear is they themselves. Aka, NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, and yes even FOX news sometimes.

There was an attempt by a few of these news agencies a few years ago to stop all other possible news sources like Blogs, Forums ect. from posting anything sighting that only they were authorized and educated enough to report what the American Citizen should be told. I don’t think it went over well with the Judges sense we are still here, but I would keep an eye on this sense they have appointed our new leader for us and some in his staff are sure against free speech and press.

You ever notice how the news agencies bring experts into any thing they want you to believe? Did you notice that they were just about all white until osamaobama got elected then they miraculously found a whole shit pot full of Black Experts? Most times the experts the news brings in are not really experts on the subject at hand, some times they are called an expert because he happened to take a vacation in South Africa during Apartide and got to see a real shanty up close. Even though he has a degree in meteorology he is automatically an expert in sociology, race relations and apartide.

This brings me to another point it would seem that the Authorized Journalist should never be questioned in what and how they report, Sherman set the way back machine for a few years ago when an Authorized Journalist was reporting on the Iraq war and just how bad our Armed forces were treating the freedom fighters that came to Iraq to help it’s brother nation in its fight against the illegal invading American Army. It seems that he never left his Motel room during the whole time he was in Iraq, but yet gave very detailed accounts of the atrocities our troops were committing. He even interviewed an Al Qaeda leader that had been compelled to come to his room for the interview.

About the same time frame in another part of that shit hole over there, was a Authorized Reporter for I believe Riters that had Photographed an American Missal part that had not been completely destroyed in its detonation within a innocent village in Pakistani, when we shelled it. Well it was not a Missal part at all but seemed to be a Howitzer shall from some where close to a 155mm Howitzer. It was concluded with about a 95% certainty that it was a left over round from the Former Soviet Union occupation of Afghanistan.

And at the time we were not operating in that area or even close to it, but there was a lot of activity in that immediate area and the village was even shelled back then during the Soviet Unions occupation of Afghanistan.

Many in the news groups we see on T.V. every day have an agenda and that agenda is to get people to fearing something so that it may be banned or restricted like personal owned weapons.

If you really want to know who owns America look into the news groups, if you want to know who owns the news agencies then just dig a little deeper. In some movies you can see people making or using some form of what is commonly called A Silencer, which is a miss-leading term. There is no such thing as a silencer sense they do not completely silence any gun. They are properly referred to as Noise Suppressers. Even the best-built and expensive ones only filter the noise by about 40% dry and wet they will suppress around 50 to 60%.

A Ghetto Suppresser I will talk about here will only suppress about 30 to 40% of the noise dry and if wet, you may get another 5 %.

List of needed items.
1. Small soda bottle with lid, brand is your preference (I like Dr. Pepper myself)
2. Small hand drill with drill bit just about 1/32nd smaller then the outside dia. Of your gun barrel.
3. Roll of Duct Tape, Cameo is better then the sliver, buy the dark green or black if you can get it.
4. A bag of Styrofoam peanuts, (these do not hold water, so not a good wet suppresser) Note 1.
5. A good .22 rifle, I prefer a bolt-action sense there is no mechanical actions of the ejection to make more added sound.

Start by washing the soda bottle and cap out and making sure they are dry before making this Ghetto suppresser.

Mark center of soda bottle cap and bottom of soda bottle. Use drill and bit to drill a hole in the cap as close to center as possible and the bottom of your soda bottle.

Force soda cap onto the end of your rifle barrel all the way up against the front sight or if you don’t have a front sight then about an inch on. If you need to ream the cap a little be careful sense you want as tight a fit as possible.

Fill soda bottle with the Styrofoam peanuts (Note 1.)

Use duct tape to secure bottle cap to barrel of rifle and don’t be stingy with the tape you need it to stay on there.

Screw bottle on to cap and align as close as possible.

Test fire if possible to make sure the hole in the bottom of the bottle is aligned with the path of the bullet.

And there you have it.

Note 1. Other material may be better then Styrofoam Peanuts like cotton, or very light and fine steal wool. I would prefer the fine steal wool myself if I knew how to make one of these and was going to do so.

Always remember that we must be law abiding even thought the Federal Government does not have to.

Today is osamaobama day, which will be; remember by many in our country and other countries around the world. It probably will become a national holiday, sense it is no less then a large milestone in our culture. Though I will remember this day for about 5 minutes and that is all, others will remember it for their life times.

What I will remember though is what he does while in his reign as emperor of America. Not only am I concerned about his insane anti gun agenda but also his wish for a social-ist government where only the government can decide for the governed. Or should I change it to a stronger language such as “where only the royalty can decide for the surfs.”

Will we see the suspension of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, as we know them? It is possible but then again it was possible with any president we have had sense our founding as a nation. It is a risk we will take with any president. However we know this one does not like our current Constitution or Bill of Rights. For the democrats that now control the House, Senate, Congress and the White House no power is to large or to small for them.

With power comes control, then usurpation of authority. Nothing new here sense every president and legislature has usurped his/her authority for many long years and we should be use to it by now.

Alas no matter what laws or orders are given by our rightful lords and rulers who have assumed they are the only ones who can rule us Americans and keep us in line. I shall refuse to follow any I think are just wrong. They might be able to through away our real Constitution and Bill of Rights, replacing them with a new modern version of social-ism but they can never take our founding documents out of me.

If they remove the Second Amendment I shall continue to teach it as our GOD given right. If they outlaw that then I become an outlaw, and not subject to their rules and laws. If they get rid of the first Amendment as will have to happen in some form or other, I shall continue to speak my mind, Believe in the GODS I choose and warship them accordingly, I shall continue to write the truth as I see it. A camel pack with water (no reason needed)
3 day supplies of MRE’s if possible (no reason needed)
A medical kit that includes normal bandages, antiseptic, Alcohol swabs, adhesive Butterfly sutures and medical super glue (because most people cannot stick their selves with a needle to sow up a wound and most are squeamish of sticking others,) 90-day supply of needed medications.
One small to medium folding knife with sharpen stone, good skinning knife.
One all purpose tool it comes with a shovel head an axe head and a saw head they are changeable as is needed.
One extra pair of cloths, (long sleeve shirts) you can always make them into short sleeves, pair of socks x 2.
One pair long johns
One good coat
One good fire starter kit put together with, Waterproof matches, Bic lighter, flint and steel or its equivalent, plus a small amount of light tender that will light easily.
Rain poncho
Small lightweight 2 person tent if room permits.
One AR-7 with 200 rounds of ammo. (The AR-7 folds into the butt stock for easy storage and one can add a scope to it, The ammo is light weight and takes up little room)
100 feet +/- Para shoot cord
One to two space blankets. They are good for keeping the chill off you and if you attach then to the inside of your poncho they will help in thwarting some image scanning detection devices.
One roll of dark colored duct tape. (Be sure to tape up any metal that can cling, clang, or bang around making sounds you don’t need.)
Optional but desirable, small cooking pots and skillet, from a camping supply’s store. A few spices like salt, pepper.

Other options will depend on where I am going, how much room, and weight I still got, and what is there. Such as fishing line and hooks, if I am headed to a place where there is no place to fish I will not take one.

If a SHTF is just until normalcy of society can get back into operation this will keep you for the most part until it is OK to return to civilization.

If a SHTF is in the form of a civil war, mass insurrection, invasion by some foreign body, then the AR-7 will serve as a means to acquire better weapons more powerful for use, and to hunt small game.

This is all in one bag that would go with me everywhere I went. If a place does not allow personal weapons they won’t really know it is in the bag but if they would be inspecting bags I sure will not go there. Like the Mall, or courthouse, or anyplace that I cannot carry my weapon in.

Most people say they will head to the hills, but do you really know already where and how to safely get there? Do you know the quickest route that will not attract attention? Do you have enough fuel in your vehicle at all times to get to where you need to go? Where are you going to dump the automobile at if it is an armed aggression you are running away from then one would not want something as big as an auto where your making camp at. To easy to spot and detect, leave it someplace else, and go the rest of the way on foot.

Be sure to wipe any trail you leave behind, stay below any ridges or hill tops, your outline can be seen easily. I will not ware any type of clothing that can be miss construed as military in nature, if you headed to the hills ware clothing that is light brown or tan, make the colors miss match shirt darker then the pants or vice versa.

There are things I might add to my bug out bag, if weight permits. If I need to bug out I will be doing so in a hurry and taking 70 lbs of crap will slow you down. Avoid carrying a weapon openly if possible, should the armed aggression happen the military/police units will be watching from affair with some type of device, if they see some one walking in the woods unarmed they more then likely will leave you along. But if they see a military type weapon in your arms at the ready they will just simply send one 20mm round down range and then go collect the weapon.

I will have my .45 with me because I already carry it at all times so if I need to fire a few shots to get my ass out of trouble it is ready and hidden on me with easy access. This is just the way I look at it all.

No gloom and doom saying today

While today may not be a day of celebration for many in our country and especially gun owners who are faced with tough times with the incoming administration. It is nonetheless a day of calibration for me. My oldest Granddaughter turns 13 today and in this wonderful 13 years she has given me some of the most joyful memories of my life.

She has adamantly called her self a tween for the last 2 years, and now refers to herself as a teen. Graduation is always something to celebrate. Now just what does this have to do with guns, well sense she has decided she want to learn to hunt and shoot she will be getting her first .22 rifle and if all goes well next weekend she and I will be going to the range.

I would of got it for her a few years ago but she needed to make her decision as to when she was ready. Not only is gun ownership an important responsibility, hunting is as well. These decisions should never be taken lightly in life. We have talked about it a lot and she feels she is ready and I believe she is too.

Though I tend to think back to when she was little, and smile a lot at the things she said or did, I cannot keep her as a child for ever and knowing she is growing up and has to grow up. I try and make it a learning experience for her and myself.

If things work out well for me I will get her an overunder 20 gage some time this summer. For her graduation from Jr. High and teach her how to shoot skeet.

Animal rights and guns

Animal rights activist groups such as Animal Liberation Front (ALF), Humane Society United States (HSUS), People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (peta), Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), and a few smaller ones have never supported your right to own guns.

All vehemently appose any hunting which has been a GOD given right sense the dawn of man. There basic feeling is that if guns could and would be only used to wipe humans off the face of the earth and never used against animals that would be fine with them. Not only are they for giving equal rights to animals that we humans fought for they would have humans removed from existence of possible.

Just a few facts here about the side groups above,

The FBI considers the AFL as a domestic terrorist group, they advocate violence to force everyone into ending meet consumption, to end medical testing to help find cures, and end hunting.

HSUS is not the Humane Society of America nor is it affiliated with it. They used deception in their name to get people to think they were the Humane Society of America so they would get donations. They are the richest two-bit horses ass-kissing group in existence some place around 150 million dollars a years donated to them.

peta I refuse to capitalize their name or acronym, has never been about saving animals but rather about the removal of humans in the equation. Peta has around a 93-96% euthanasia policy and they follow through with it, where animals are concerned. Each year peta will kill 93-96% of the animals they take in, even healthy ones. Through their own admission they are not a charitable shelter for animals.

PCRM is a peta front group disguised as Doctors of Medicine, looking at their tax records and financial records you find a direct connection to peta. What’s more is the founder of peta Ingrid Newkirk was also the president of PCRM at one time. Neal Bernard the supposed medical Dr. running this ill begotten group was Ingrid’s lover in the past but may not be now. PCRM has never done research of their own, but prefer others to do the work and taking their work and twisting the finding to fit the anti meat agenda.

Radical advocates of violence

In just the last 2 months I have read more stuff on where gun owners should draw the line and what they should do. Some open condemnations of people who are tired of it all and are ready to defend our right with force. Well I think about that condemnation a lot because it just does not seem right to condemn people who are tired of being told what they can and cannot do.

Not so very long ago we Americans would of taken up arms and put a stop to any attempts at usurping authority in government and leading us toward a world social-ism. Today I see less willing to give up their comforts of a lazy boy recliner, a six pack of bud light while watching the latest of American idiot I mean idol to fight something wrong in government. Now before you go off and say your not like that let me say I already know and some actually do their part as best as they can.

But this about something else but related in a way, acceptance of deadly force as a means of change. Back during the 60’s we saw the rise of many radical groups, and if we look further we can find then back in the 40’s and 50’s. Many of these groups advocated violence to achieve their desired results. The weatherman underground, black panthers, and Students for a Democratic Society (SDS). These are but a few, and are a simple cross section of examples.

Now some or all of these groups, (if they have anyone left from the 60’s) will tell you that they were peaceful, but history does not bare them out on that. They openly advocated deadly force, which today we call terrorism to force their sense of warped views on the government and the people of this nation. What is really sad is that most Americans suck up to them and accepted their violence as the only way they could get their word across to the country.

Even today we see Americans excepting the advocates of violence and destruction as their leaders in our government, and/or as authority figures for Americans to follow. This is OK in their eyes sense they were fighting for their rights and place in society. Now if you or I advocate violence to protect our rights we are labeled as subversives, terrorists, and many other names they can think to call us.

We got people actually patting Bobby Rush on the back for submitting his anti American and anti rights gun bill to congress (H.R. 45.) For any that do not know who Bobby Rush is let me recap for you.

Founder of shitcago’s Black Panther Party in1967, this party advocated violence to force social-ism as the standard American government, strong supporters of the Second Amendment back then because they could arm themselves against the police powers. After the big fray in the 60’s was over the black panthers effectively melted into society. Some to resurface as political figures that will beside for you what they want you to believe.

Even though they have a known history of terrorism and calling for a social-ist government they are looked on as Heroes by far to many people. Bobby rush had no problem supporting the Second Amendment up until his 29 year old son was shot and killed in 1999, his son Huey was killed by a robber in front of their home in Oct. 1999, sense then Bobby Rush has been the poster child for gun control and citizen disarmament.

He like so many other place blame on the object and not the criminal in society. I think we can find another sad sack of shit just like this (Sarah Brady comes to mind). The bad part is Rush is not only a supporter of citizen control but a social-ist as well.

I would hope that many of us would write our reprecenitives and demand that they appose this piece of citizen control. I know I sure am, and not only the one from my district but everyone of them, along with my state which I will call for them to submit, support and pass a binding state law forbidding any outside attempts to subjugate the American citizens of their rights.

Maybe we could ban together as a gun rights advocacy group, we could call our selves FirearmsTalk for gun rights, or FirearmsTalk for the Second Amendment something like that and flood congress with official site letters/emails of protest or support of a bill. We simply post a vote and members vote to support or protest a bill then someone who is articulate and can use candor writes the letter/email to congress. We can also send an brief to courts asking them to appose or support something. We do have a rather large membership so it is not like a few just speaking out.

I tend to think that Eric Holder will be The worst enemy of Americans in the history of the American government. Once affirmed as U.S. Attorney General. He will be given broad powers to decide what types, calibers, functionality, cosmetic appearances, and capacities of weapons we may be allowed to own. This power will first come from the president as an executive order, which is law regardless of the Supreme Court. As a stopgap until formal laws can be instituted through Congress. (As the will of the people) and (for your own good).

He will establish a registration and licensing of all weapons and peoples owning them. He will sit up a harsh ammo-buying program where gun owners will have to register for each box of ammo, and each bullet will be serial numbered and accounted for in the box.

He will do this under the guise of we are still allowing you your rights as the Supreme Court says. But we are placing reasonable restrictions IAW the Supreme Court. Most of the banned weapons on his list will be semi-auto loading weapons at first. Sense he will class them as assault weapons and not needed to hunt with. Surprisingly or maybe not so surprisingly the first list he produces will look a hell of a lot like the list in the H.R.1022. Some bolt actions will be added to the list a little bit later, sense they are sniper rifles and we just don’t need that types of military weapons.

He will slip in the ban on armor piercing ammo, which he will proceed to list most of the common rounds used for hunting and long range target shooting. On his list of calibers he will ban will also include any size .30 cal and above. He will over ride any state law regarding carry concealed and forbid it all together except for LEA’s.

At first Holder will place in action laws requiring you to store all weapons in approved storage containers (gun safes) in your home. There will be a grandfather clause allowing you to keep what you got for the time being. But look for that to change within a year of his first ban going into effect.

In order to enforce this the president will give a broader power to the Gestapo (BATFU) to over see and insure that American slaves are in compliance and they will not need any warrants to open your door at home to enter anytime they please to check. After all if you’re a law-abiding citizen you have nothing to fear.

Holder is counted among one of the biggest pieces of shit on the face of the earth.

Looking over the names of the members of osamaobama’s cabinet I see a lot of trouble in the near future for Gun Owners, and some rights in general. I will list them and explain why I feel this way.

President = osamaobama, well we know his stance on peoples rights to keep and bar arms. And that is you don’t have a right. All the way up to the Supreme Court ruling osamaobama was against any form of private gun ownership except for the elite and rich. Some of his early Dog doo-doo spewing forth from his mouth was such things as “total ban on all hand guns, assault weapons and large bore rifles.

These large bore rifles were any that had the power to penetrate a bullet proof vest of LEA’s which included just about ever rifle round that exists. He supported the complete ban on all semi-auto, pump action, and lever action weapons. The only thing he openly would allow us peasant to even come close to owning was single shot, double barreled, or bolt actions with limited capacity of rounds.

These weapons that the Messiah would allow us low life’s in his society would have to be kept in a Government armory. No not a Government approved storage container in your home, but a real Government Armory that would be placed at conspicuous points within a state and if you wanted to and could afford the ammo plus had the blessings of his majesty osamaobama could go there and check out the weapon, take it to the range and shoot it. This included any of the banned weapons that were owned prior to his ban taking place.

Not one weapon was to be kept in the home, and surly not on the person or in your car. You say But-But I can’t find any of this on his web site!!! So you must be wrong, because he said he supports the Second Amendment. No I am not wrong, and you cannot find any of this on his web site not sense the Heller decision. Nor can you find any video footage of the things he said to the news reporters on this same subject. Some dismiss Mr. Holder's role in that pardon as nothing more than obedience to former President Clinton's quite legal (if extremely ill-advised and distasteful) prerogative, but the evidence points to Mr. Holder having played a large part in the pardon*.

Perhaps even worse is the prominent role Mr. Holder played in the granting of clemency to sixteen FALN terrorists. In an era when Americans face nearly unprecedented danger from terrorists, it would be the height of madness to entrust the Department of Justice to a man with anything less than a relentless drive to hunt down and stop every violent, radical extremist who threatens the safety, and indeed the very lives, of American citizens.

In the trying days that lie ahead, the United States will certainly need an Attorney General with vastly better judgment than can be counted on from Eric Holder. Senator McConnell, as your constituent, I urge you to fulfill your responsibility as a United States Senator, and block this dangerous appointment. Failure to do so would be an inexcusable dereliction of your duty to the American people. History never looks kindly on such failings.

These are but a few of my concerns in the nomination of Eric Holder for United States Attorney General, other include but not limited to His extreme Anti-Gun stance, The possible involvement in the Waco cover up, and a possible connection to a cover up of a death related to the Oklahoma City Federal building Bombing. Though some of it may be speculation, it places the American people at an uneasy feeling toward Eric Holder.

Use your real name I just put opaww there sense it is what I go by. Now you may ask why I did not use the Gun Rights issue in this letter? Well quite frankly the Senate hearing comity is vastly anti gun, so they will over look any mention of gun rights related to the approval of any of osamaobama's appointees. The need to show other reasons they can identify with and support is why there is only a small mention of guns as a concern in the last paragraph.

Rules of Engagement

Been a lot of finger pointing, name-calling, foot stomping, temper tantrums, and blame with in the pro Gun community. This is leading the anti gunners into laughing fits, because it has divided us even further then we ever were. One side says we should use legal means to fight for our rights, the other side say they have had enough banding words and the time is now to act.

Well in a sense both are right and both are wrong. A point I would like to make here is that we have no clear cut rules for engagement that must be defined as to when, where, and how we will react. This is all being left up to our own interpretation as to how many violations we will endure and how we will handle it. Hell we cannot even agree on just what our rights are. Nor how we will defend them.

If we were smart we would be putting together a modern version of the Continental Congress on line and debating with the intent to put together a single document that the vast majority would agree with and support come hell or high water and this would be our guide as to the actions we would take.

A good start would be to create a board for the soul purpose of this debate. The boards will not be for discussing which weapon is best or what type of ammo should be used or anything like that. It would amount to a meeting of minds in forming a modern Continental congress. The Mod’s of the board must keep everything on topic, votes must be taken and all members should cast their vote.

At the least we should have 10 million members who are voicing their opinions. But we may have to settle for a few hundred. This should not be an argument and in fighting board and all opinions are as valid as any others. With a vote we can narrow down the rules.But all in all this meeting will have no ass unless the people are will to except and defend what is voted on by the majority.

McCain and Palin Vs. Obama and Biden

I been reading a lot of comments about yesterdays VP pick of John McCain’s, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. Many People are either supporting this choice or not supporting it and the reasons vary greatly but many express concerns about her lack of experience in running a government.

Well let us just take a look at the experience in running a country.

George Washington 1st President of the United States had no former experience in government. When the Second Continental Congress assembled in Philadelphia in May 1775, Washington, one of the Virginia delegates, was elected Commander in Chief of the Continental Army. After the revolutionary war Washington wanted to retire to his farm in Mount Vernon, but he saw that the Articles of Confederation of America were not working well, so he became the prime mover that lead to the first Constitutional Convention in 1787 in Philadelphia. At this time the Electoral College unanimously elected Washington President when the new Constitution was ratified.

Some of the Presidents only claim to fame in politics was simply being elected to Governorship of the state they were in. Having no more experience then Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. This being said now we look at the candidates running on the major tickets.

Republican John McCain has a long history of political experience in Congress spanning some 26 years. Billed as a rogue member of the Republican Party for not always voting along party lines on issues he gained much respect from not only his party but the Democratic Party as well.

Alaska Governor Republican Sarah Palin has a short political history that only spans her 2 years as Alaskan Governor. Holding to her campaign promises she delivered on them in her first year making her one of the actual few that has done so. She has the support of some 80% of Alaskan voting citizens. She has done no worse then many other Governors and has done better then many who have leached off the political coffers for many longer years.

Democrat Barack Obama Illinois State Senate, 1996-2004; U.S. Senate, 2004-date. 4 years in Illinois State Senate he very seldom voted on issues but rather abstained or was not present for the vote when it was needed. Was elected to the United States Congress in 2004, again his voting record leaves much to be desired sense he has been gone for over 2 years campaigning for his bid for President, during the 2 years before he also failed to vote on many bills in congress. Obama lacks defining experience in Government even though his has been long groomed by others to make it appear as though he has the experience needed.

Democrat Joe Biden was first Elected to US Senate, 1972, his experience spans some 36 years but not consecutive he had a break in congress for a while but was back in the saddle only after a short absents making his time in politics almost equal to McCain’s. Joe Biden has not garnered as much respect of the Democratic and Republican parties on Congress that McCain has. His voting record is fair to middlen on issues but holds along party lines.

If we compare the experiences here we can see that McCain and Biden have experience, Obama and Palin do not. The deference he lies in that McCain is running for President where experience is needed and Biden is running for Vice President where that is more of a learning post. This making Obama nothing more then a puppet for Biden where he will direct from behind the curtain.

McCain will be leading, as president and Palin will be learning the ropes of politics.

We can argue on the issues and their stance of each of the Candidates until the Chickens come home to roost all we want but none of them has a prefect record. No one in politics can state that they have held to their campaign promises with the excepting of Palin so far but she is young and has a rough road ahead of her. I believe she is up to the task and with good training she may just become a future President we can all like.

As it looks right now McCain and Palin have my vote

While there are many pro-gunners out there worried about our Right to Keep and Bare Arms. There are to a lesser degree many anti-gunners who wish and hope to remove the rights from everyone. If we Pro-gunners are a majority, then why are the anti-gunners still getting anti-gun laws passed?

One reason may just be that we pro-gunners spend a lot of time and effort pointing fingers at each other and saying your not this or your not that, instead of saying NO to the anti-gun bills as one voice, one mind, and one soul. I do not single out any pro-gun group here, but am relating to what I have read and heard from many on the pro-gun side. We seem to be bickering back and forth between each other and not giving all out support where the vote counts.

I have been reading on another board the debate about joining the NRA, about 50% are for it and about 50% are against it. This is normal for people to support one or another of any belief. I am not advocating joining any of them over the other, but rather I say join the one that can bring your views to life, and the one that makes you happy.

I do not belong to the NRA in case some one wishes to ask, I do not support everything they do or believe. I tend to support all pro-gun groups as a whole and not just one. I would like to see a joining of minds and votes by all pro-gunners, on the issues that effect us. Let us all speak as one regardless of which organization we belong to.

If a state puts a anti-gun bill before it’s legislature, we should see not just one pro-gun group there fighting to defeat it, but we should see someone from them all there standing side by side speaking as one for all American gun owners. If a person says they support the Second Amendment as an individual right they should support it as a whole.

Regardless if they personally believe that we do not need the dreaded Assault Weapon or not. The issue is not about one type of gun or caliber, or even what a gun looks like. The issue is our rights regardless of our personal feelings. Some pro-gunners will not stand on a given issue of gun rights because they do not believe that we should own one type or another gun. We need to reach out to these people to explain that it is not about the one type but about all guns.

Once the anti-gunners get a hold in the legislature they tend to demand more and more, and more until there is nothing left of our rights at all. We pro-gunners know the Anti-gunners will not accept the truth even when it is right under there noses. Our only option is to stop them in there tracks. How you may ask? Well by not voting them into office to start with. If they are already in office then attempt to remove them through an impeachment process. If you cannot remove them from office then run a pro-gunner against them next election.

Many pro-gunners will still vote for hitlery or hussein obama knowing full well they are not pro-gun, simply because they are against the Bush administration, or maybe they like something else about them. Some women are voting for hitlery simply because she is a woman nothing more and do not look at her stance on individual rights to include the Second Amendment.

Now I am going to say something whether anyone likes it or not, or whether one wishes to except it or not, and that is the anti-gun issues are not nor ever have been about protecting people from ourselves. But rather it is about socialism and a socialist state where the government takes care of you. We don’t need guns because the socialists have said so and they just know so much more then I do about what I need. Which as most intelligent people know is Bull Shit. Well I have ranted enough for one day I’ll close this here and might write more in this issue soon.

Just one last thing, let us all make the stand together as one, if we do we will win hands down.

Victimization Syndrome

I have come to the conclusion that the reasoning behind the anti gun movement is there identity with what I call Victimization Syndrome. Their need for being a victim out weighs rationality and clear thinking. Most of the anti gunners survive on being a victim, holding a view that the rest of society should also conform to, so as to allow a common ground that everyone becomes a victim because one is a victim.

The inept ability of the anti gunner to except that they alone are the victims requires them to seek ways for everyone to be a victim also. They feel infearor to anyone who can dimenstrate the ability to protect ones self’s.

The understanding of the approach the anti gunners use is, that no one should resist just gives them what they want and they will go away. Some studies show this to be true in only about 38% of the cases. The other 62% of the time more violence is inflicted on the victim. Sense the attitude of the perpetrator is that of domination over the submissive, the tendency to push their terror further oft times results in, abuse, out right assault, pain, and even death.

In contrast some studies show that resistance, armed or unarmed results in the perpetrator being chased off, subdued, and even killed, effectively stopping any aggression toward the victim. The ability of some to reverse the victim/perpetrator roll oft times enrages the very self same people who decry the Victimization Syndrome. There is no common ground for the self-inflicted victim to feel secure with, except self-imposed sympathy.

If one takes a close look at Sarah Brady you will see this self same attitude in her anti gun rhetoric. Being the victim through an act of aggression toward her Husband, who was shot in the head by John Hinckley Jr. during an assignation attempt of then President Reagan. Sarah Brady has campaigned for strict Victimization bills, where all ability of the person to defend their self’s would be taken away, leaving them as little more then play toy’s of the perpetrators. This Sarah Brady can identify with, (being a victim) with disdain of anyone’s ability to stop aggression on his or her own.

When confronted by self sufficient people who are capable of self defiance Sarah Brady tends to distort the truths associated with gun control to further her fear mongering, attempting to lead others into a victim state for her to use as a crutch in her own life. Each time Sarah Brady and/or Jim Brady her husband appear at a anti gun function they attempt to play on sympathy of Jim Brady being disabled by the Gun and does not place blame on the perpetrator himself.

This is a common attempt by most anti gunners and is seen as blame of an inanimate object, rather then the perpetrator of the crime. It is easer to blame something that cannot defend it’s self, then it is to place the blame where it belongs. Also showing support for the criminal, in that they have a close connection to the victim during and after the commission of a crime. The deep relationship with the criminal oft time results in lighter sentences and a desire for their release so they may inflict more pain and terror on other people.

We can see in other studies that violent crimes such as rape is not for sexual gratification but is associated with power, control, institution of fear and domination of the victim. Rape makes the victim feel a sense of helplessness, then shame, and later rage, where by they want to be identified as a victim in order to gainer sympathy from others. In the cases where the victim starts to learn to not become a victim they tend to learn to defend there self’s. They loose the desire for sympathy as a victim and realize that their own actions will be the factor in stopping the next assault.

A normal person would use being a victim as a tool to learn how to not become a victim, Learning some self defense movies, learning to shoot a hand gun, learning where and when to not go. There is an ever increasing desire of the non-victim to share sympathy with the victim, oft times drawing on the same fears as the victim they place blame on the gun when in fact knives account for a large number of items used on crime. There inability to recognize other insterments as valid tools for inflicting hurt and forcing the Victimization Syndrome on others amounts to fear of something perceived as powerful and having the ability to be used to gain an upper hand against the criminal there by making for less victims.

The Military Channel had something on it about the all time top 10 Battle weapons. Their list was based on, Accuracy -, In Service Length -, Combat Effectiveness -, Handling -, and Innovation. Their list I question the choices on some of the weapons.

This is my choice and I will try and list why I feel they should qualify and not some on the list.

10. Lee Enfield SMLE/ UK. / .303 Enfield / Base service time 1895-1957 counting deferent variations, and still used in some countries all the way up till the early 2000’s
Though a good rifle over all it was a little finicky when compared to say the Mosin-Nagant, which was a rough and ready rifle that would still perform long after others of the time would stop because of lack of cleaning.

9. 1903 Springfield / USA / .30-06 / Base service time June 19th 1903-1936 at which time the M-1 Grand replaced the 1903 Springfield, Though some were still used in the Second World War and for a short time after for sniper work in Korea, and Vietnam they were in very limited use after the M-1 Grand was addopted as Americas main battle rifle.
One dam good rifle but as with the Enfield could be a somewhat finicky as compared to the rough made Mosin-Nagant.

8. Mauser K98 / Germany / 7.92x75mm
This rifle was one of the most used rifles up to and including the Second World War. It being one of the most powerful battle rifles of its time along with being considered one of the most accurate ones. Nazi Germany had some where around 2.7 million rifles by the end of the war, making it one of the highest production weapons of the war. The Mauser action was and still is one of the most used actions in bolt action rifles in history. A few of the other rifles that used this configuration were but not limited to, American M1903 Springfield, Japanese Arisaka type 38 and type 99 rifles, Anglo-American M1917 Enfield.

The accuracy of the K98 was so good that all K98’s manufactured were Scope ready in that no smithing was needed to install a scope mount. They were ready for a scope mount right from the factory, and only needed attachment and sighting in.

7. SKS / Russian / 7.62x39 Base service time 1945-
Though the SKS has a short history as the main battle rifle because of the introduction of the AK-47’s shortly after. The SKS still remained a secondary battle rifle, it also being one of the most exported rifles in production. Many nations manufactured their own version of the SKS, such as the former Eastern Block nations, China type 56, East Germany Karabiner S, and North Korea type 63. The SKS is one of the most widely sold battle rifles in the civilian market in several countries around the world. The SKS was the first to use the 7.62x39mm cartage.
Hollywood was for the most part responsible for the misconception that most of the world used the AK-47 instead of the SKS rifle. When in fact much of the world had and used the SKS up until the latter part of the 20th century. Even during the Vietnam War the V.C were more apt to be armed with the SKS then the AK-47. The SKS just was not scary enough for Hollywood so most film producers used the AK-47 instead.

6. Heckler and Koch G-3/Cetme / Germany/Spain / 7.62x51 NATO / 1950’s-
I am not sure where to begin with this rifle, though I will give it a try. The Cetme which is the Spanish version and for runner of the German H&K G-3 and can trace it’s history back to the STG 44 and MG 42 although it’s connection is very limited. The Cetme/G-3 has enjoyed popularity with such Military’s, group’s, and countries as the East Germany border guards (Bundesgrenzschutz), Spain, East German army, and roughly 38 other countries in the world. The G3 rifle was and in some cases still being produced under license in France (MAS), Greece ( Hellenic Arms Industry), Iran (defense Industries Organization), Mexico, Myanmar, Norway (Kongsberg Vapenfabrikk), Pakistan (Pakistan Ordnance Factories), Portugal (FBP), Saudi Arabia, Sudan (Military Industries Corporation), Sweden (FFV), Thailand, Turkey (MKEK), United Kingdom (Royal Ordnance).

There are still countries in South America that use The G-3 or one of it’s many variants today.

5. AK-47 / Russia / 1949 official adoption as main weapon
Though many might not agree with this one being #5 I tend to attribute its lack of accuracy to its placement on my list. It being one of the most produced Assault Rifles, enjoying the status of the first real production Assault rifles, it’s vast export and use in the world. Has made its historical placement in the top 5 of the all time best weapons in my opinion. Many countries (to Numerous to list) found it’s cost, availibity, and reliability as the main reason for switching their arsenals to this weapon.

Some countries enjoy the available of the civilian version of the AK-47 for sales to the civilian population. Being a cost effective in $ for what one gets and the somewhat low cost of 7.62x39 ammo one can see why they are sought after in the civilian market. Though if one would compare the Cetme to the AK-47, you will see that the cost of the weapons is close to the same and one would get a far more accurate rifle out at ranges of 500-600 meters. The advantages of the 7.62x51 NATO round that the Cetme is chambered in far out weighs the 7.62x39. The cost of the 7.62x51 NATO is just a tad bit more then the 7.62x39 but well worth the price again in my opinion.

One last tidbit here, and that is if one is looking for a weapon that scares the crap out of the anti-American/anti-gunners then get the AK-47. Nothing like a good miss-conceived Assault Weapons to scare the crap out of the socialist in America.

4. Thompson submachine gun Model 1921 / USA / .45 Auto / 1921
This year saw the production of the infamous Thompson Machine Gun, better known as the Tommy gun, Chopper, Chicago Typewriter, The Trench Broom, and many other names. All in all a good short range Assault, Defensive weapon, was reliable, had a hard-hitting round, a good rate of fire. This weapon still saw limited service in Vietnam and limited service with some Law Enforcement groups up until the 1990’s. There is a good following in the civilian community for this weapon though many only have the semi-auto version they still enjoy shooting it. Its short-range accuracy is very good; the compactness of its design made it a great weapon during the Second World War.
One might even consider the Thompson Model 1921 to be the first real American Assault Weapon. Not withstanding this weapon in .45 Auto packs one hell of a wallop.

3. M-16 / USA / 5.56x45mm NATO / 1964
This became the standard service rifle of the U.S. Army in 1964 with the Marine corpse follow a little after. It has enjoyed the status as the U.S.’s main battle rifle/Assault Rifle ever sense. Though the early version M16 had some design flaws they were quickly corrected and reissued as the M16a1. It is an accurate rifle, has a good rate of fire, lightweight, easy to disassemble for cleaning. The smaller round let people carry more ammo because it weighed less.

The many variations of this weapon allows for many customizations to suite the needs and likes of people. It enjoys a large following in the civilian and Law Enforcement communities. The cost for surplus military ammo makes it a good choice. But the cost for the rifle is a little prohibited for some, so they seek the AK-47 or SKS instead. My opinion is that one would be better off to save a little longer and spend the money on a good AR-15. All in All a good all around rifle, though I prefer the 7.62x51 NATO to the 5.56x45 NATO maybe I am just old and outdated.

2. M-14 / USA / 7.62x51 NATO / (1957) 1959
This Battle Rifle was adopted by the Military in 1957 but was not delivered for use until 1959, It’s design was based off the M-1 Grand, and enjoyed use in the Vietnam war but was soon replaced by the M-16. One reason I had heard when they made the change was that Female solders had a hard time using the M-14 and preferred the M-16 to it. I cannot confirm this other then what I was told in my early days in The U.S. Army. The 7.62x51 NATO round was a much harder hitting round and had good accuracy. It tended to kill a little better then the 5.56x46 NATO. Why the real reason to the change I have no idea. The M-14 was reliable, accurate, even enjoying use as a sniper weapon and is still in limited use in Iraq even today.

For my Dollar I love the M-14, and if it were legal I would marry one and call it my wife forever.

1. M1 Grand / USA / 30-06 / early 1940’s
This weapon saw service in World War 2, its reliability and accuracy were unparalleled as a semi-auto battle rifle for its time. Even today it is used at Camp Perry for open sight, long range shooting. During the Second World War some were outfitted with scopes for sniper work and enjoyed much success. The only draw back was the lack of a detachable magazine of a good capacity. The hard hitting 30-06 round was long proven but more so with this weapon.

This by far is one of the smoothest shooting weapons I have ever had the privilege of firing, setting aside the only other drawback of this weapon, the old Grand thumb, and if you have much experience with the M1 Grand you know what I am talking about.

The STG 44 and the Steyr Aug never seen much of any wide use and never entered production to the level of the weapon I have listed as my choices. The FN FAL saw some use in a few countries and enjoyed some production but was not what it was cracked up to be. It was a fair rifle but I feel was not up to par to enter this list of the top 10.

This is just my opinion.

Homeland security.

This reeks of a Nazi Germany’s Fatherland genera from a long time ago. If we compare the power of Homeland security of today and the Nazi Germany’s Fatherland genera of the past we can see they are not much deferent. Both assume to do these things for our own good. One might even compare them to the nanny state mentality, sense they all want to decide what, when, and with whom you can do anything. (All for your own good.)

The rules in Homeland security are vastly unconstitutional in that they not only invade ones privacy under the guise of for your own good, but they make everyone suspect and guilty until proven innocent. Not withstanding the issues and hassles one has to go through when they find that Homeland security has put them on a no fly list.

Ever wander why you cannot see the list of no fly? Or you find out your on it when you try and fly someplace to visit family. It amounts to a government control of the people, keeping you ignorant and subjugated. Why does a woman’s nipple rings constitute a threat? It doesn’t but in the eyes of the Gestapo they are reason to show off the power they have over a once free people.

How does one get placed on the no fly list? One can be placed on the list for a number of reasons, like having a friend who lives outside the U.S. whom you communicate with through email, phone, or letter writing. This is especially true when that person may live in a questionable country like Iran, Iraq, or some such country that the Fatherland security decides is an enemy of America.

Or one may be an outspoken proponent of the government control of free peoples. Maybe you expressed your support for private Gun ownership. You can bet your name is on the list if you have wrote anything disparaging the government for the issues of Fatherland security and posted it on the internet.

There are about 500,000 names on the list that we know of as of right now, give or take a few, that works out to 1 in 6 Americans are considered to be some form of a threat to the powers of the government. Next time your with your buddies in a bowling league have 6 of them stand next to each other and tell them that at least one of them standing there is on the terrorists watch list.

To no surprise of mine, even children are on the list. It may be because of smelly diapers that are offensive to the Fatherland security that they are added to the list. Or it could be that baby poop is a catalyst for bomb making during flight, so they want to protect Americans from the dreaded poop bomb that a one year old can make out of poop and baby wipes.

Do I believe that 9/11 was the work of the government? NO I don’t but the government was like a lady in waiting, standing ready for any reason that they could bully/shame the people into supporting. Most people just feared that they might end up on a flight with terrorists who are going to hijack a plane. So they believe that some governing body should be in control of security. Does this sound familure? (Kind of like a nanny mentality, let the government decide for you.)

Through the fear mongering of the government that uses fear to gain power over American citizens. We have seen many Gestapo tactics being used against the people without just cause, and what does the powers to be saying when it was a mistake? Some Blogs are shut down by Google

As of yesterday some Blogs were shut down by Google as spam Blogs. It would seem that Google was testing a new spam program which listed quite a number of Blogs as spam when they were not and has blocked them. Armed and Safe and The War on Guns are two of the many.

For some reason neither can be accessed using IE now, access to these two are being blocked by IE. You can still access them by using Firefox.

It just seems strange that most of the Blogs blocked are pro gun Blogs.

Amendment to the Second Amendment

As of right now we have won a big battle for our rights with the Supreme Courts ruling on the Hiller vs. D.C. case. But the war is not over by far.

Either way the ruling will not detour the anti-gunners from attempting to pass anti-gun laws on a lower level or even federal for that matter. What is needed is an Amendment to the Bill of Rights that will forbid any further attempts to remove or restrict the ownership, use, and/or purchasing of firearms to the people regardless of reasoning.

With the anti-gunners hoping to achieve gun control through local gun laws we will have a hard fight to keep them from some success. If we start a grass roots attempt to have a bill passed forbidding any further gun-control laws from being passed or forced on law abiding citizens we may be able to stave off a lot of little attempts that will drain a lot of private money to fight to have them repealed.

If you agree with my recommendations listed here, copy them and send them to your Senator, and Congressman, demanding that they pass this into Constitutional Law.

Definition of the term Fire Arm here in is as follows.

(a) Any handgun, rifle, shotgun of the common type used by the Military in defense of the nation that may be carried by the citizen as a personal weapon. To include Assault type weapons, single shot, bolt action, semi-automatic, and full automatic functioning.

(b) Any personal weapon that can be used for legal hunting, recreational shooting, target practus, and/or self-defense of property, persons, state, and/or country.

Definition of the term Feeding device here in is as follows.

(a) Any device, clip, magazine, belt designed to feed ammunition in a limited or continuous capacity.

I feel the Bill should not just forbid any other anti-gun laws from being passed anywhere, but should also include the following.

Section (A)

1. There shall be no attempt by any group, and/or governing body whether local, county, state, and/or federal from restricting, forbid, regulating and/or deny any law abiding citizen from the purchasing, possession, and/or use of fire arms, of any type that is commonly available to law abiding citizen.

2. There shall be no attempt by any group, and/or governing body whether local, county, state and/or federal, from restricting, or deny the purchase, possession, or use of Ammunition of the common type that is used by law-abiding citizens.

3. There shall be no attempt by any group, and/or governing body whether they be local, county, state, or federal, to close, remove, restrict, regulate, or forbid the legal ownership, and/or operation of shooting ranges whereby a law abiding citizen may enjoy, and/or use for the act of civilian marksmanship, and /or recreational shooting.

4. There shall be no attempt by any group, and/or governing body whether local, county, state, and/or federal to stop, forbid, restrict, deny any law abiding weapons manufacturing business, from making, manufacturing, repairing, upgrading, selling legal firearms and/or ammunition to any legal law abiding citizens.

5. There shall be no attempt by any group, and/or governing body whether local, county, state, and/or federal to redefine, change, and/or interpreting firearms, ammunition, and/or legal ranges, beyond what is here in this Amendment.

6. There shall be no attempt by any group, and/or governing body whether local, county, state, and/or federal, from restricting, regulating, forbidding, denying any Law abiding Gun Shop from conducting legal sales of firearms, firearm accessories and/or Ammunition, to American citizens in any city, county, and/or state.

7. There shall be no attempt by any group, and/or governing body whether local, county, state, and/or federal, from restricting, regulating, forbidding, denying any Law abiding citizen, law abiding business, or manufacturer, from producing, selling, buying, possessing, and/or using any high capacity feeding device for weapons.

8. There shall be no attempt by any group, and/or governing body whether local, county, state, and/or federal, from restricting, regulating, forbidding, denying any Law abiding citizen, law abiding business, from importing weapons commonly used for self defense and/or recreational use.

9. There shall be no attempt by any group, and/or governing body whether local, county, state, and/or federal, from restricting, regulating, forbidding, denying any Law abiding citizen, the owning of weapons because of cosmetic appearances, or functionality.

Section (B)

Penalties for violations listed here in shall include but not limited to.

1. Fines of $100,000 U.S. per day that a violation is in effect by a city.

1a. Fines of $250,000 U.S. per day that a violation is in effect by a county.

1b. Fines of $1,000,000 U.S. per day that a violation is in effect by a state.

1c. Fines of $2,500,000 U.S. per day for violations by a government agency.

Note 1. If fines are not paid to victims of the violations with in 30 days of the start of the violation then said violating body will be subject to seizures of assets to sell off to pay for said fines.

Automatic forfeiture of citizenship, deportation and seizure of all assets for any person/s violating section (A)

Automatic disbanding and closure of violating government body, group, or organization that violates Section (A).

Automatic impeachment of persons who are elected to office for violating Section (A)

Charges of Treason against the American Constitution, country and peoples shall be livid against persons who are in violation of Section (A)

Life in prison without parole for violations of Section (A)

Sense the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Second Amendment right of the individual to own guns, and the legal use of them for protection and hunting, we have seen an outcry from the left side and some on the right. Many would have America believe that the 2nd Amendment is a collective right or that it applies to the military only.

Many left leaning newspapers have published their version of just what the 2nd Amendment should mean, (in their eyes). Many noted anti-gunners have come out and put their 2 cents worth into the fray with the continued ranting that it is for the military and not the individual citizen.

Again the pro-gun side has had to make a stand against such preposterous claims from the anti-freedom crowd. The war on the gun issues will never end, and the pro side needs to be ever vigilant and prepared. A good counter attack would do wanders right now for the pro-gun side if they would sound off by filing law suites and demanding Congress pass laws that are pro-gun in nature.

With Congress’s ever-ebbing popularity with the American people, we see such infighting, bickering, name calling, finger pointing, and even down right refusal to pass anything worth a dam to the American people. Satire follows, => (The left) I hate GWB so the war in iraq is illegal so I will not vote for funding. (The right) I believe that cloning body parts to help people with medical problems is wrong and playing GOD, so I won’t support it. (The Middle) Pro-gun bill, (Crickets chirping).

All in all I think Congress could get top billing as a soap opera on daytime T.V. If one takes a close look at Congress and the people we elect, you just might get a lot more entertainment from them then you do in today’s sappy soaps. Let us for the sake of argument just call the whole of the illicit acts of Congress and the white house, “Hog wollering”. A good term sense Congress is so full of pork, one would also think that peta (people for the ethical treatment of animals) would be all over Congress for the abuse of oinkers.

The job of the Supreme Court is to interpret the Constitution and not create new meanings to be applied to them. Part of the job actually is to research these meaning in past written documents by the founders of our great country. Applying known and understood concepts, definitions, and meaning that were long thought to be true. This process is not suppose to be a party line belief but should be a non-biased look at all the data available and the outcome should reflect in the ruling.

How ever if we take another close look at the Supreme Courts rulings in the last 100 years we can see that the stacking of the Supreme Court to effect a political outcome has at least be practiced sense FDR was in office. If I were a liberal and wanted to eliminate private gun ownership in the U.S. I just simply appoint enough anti-American judges to the Supreme Court to effect the ruling I want. That is what FDR did with socialist security.
Though I am not completely happy with the Supreme Courts ruling in the D.C. vs. Hiller case. I am somewhat relieved that 5 of the Judges actually knew what the Second Amendment is about and made their ruling accordingly. Of course attempting to convince the socialists in America that the Supreme Court was right in the ruling is like beating your head against a brick wall.

Had the ruling gone the other way they would be celebrating and calling us true Americans all sorts of names and demanding that we turn in all our guns and submit ourselves to re-educational camps so that our task masters can drill out all the old misguided beliefs that never existed. The left would berate opinions regarding the old and outdated concept of private gun ownership or personal rights for that matter. The socialists in America would tell us to just get over it and move on, so with no further ado I say to the socialist anti-American/anti-gunners GET THE FUCK OVER IT AND MOVE OUT OF THIS GREAT NATION.

To everyone who is celebrating the ruling in the D.C. vs. Hiller I say to you that the socialists are also celebrating sense it left so many vagaries and left open the door for further restrictions on your rights. The time for Americans to wake up and smell the shit the socialists are trying to sell you is now or we just may never be able to recover from their trashing America and our freedoms.

Parker v. D.C. may be headed for the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Brady Campaign is worried. In the case, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit declared that the right to arms is an individual right, not limited to active-duty members of the militia, and that D.C.’s bans on handguns, and on having guns assembled and loaded at home, violate the Second Amendment.

The announcement by D.C. city officials that they are considering appealing to the Court has sent the Brady Campaign into panic mode. Brady president, Paul Helmke, blurted out that "The D.C. law is an easy one to shoot at. Factually, it’s a tougher one to get behind and defend. Why is this the one we’re going to be taking up to the Supremes?"

On Wednesday, May 30 at 9:30 AM in HCR-6, the House Administration of Criminal Justice Committee will consider HB 869, a bill that would establish far-reaching restrictions on semi-automatic firearms (dubbing them "assault weapons") and ammunition magazines. It would target every firearm modified to conform with the now-extinct Clinton Gun-Ban plus many other semi-automatic firearms that have no lineage to those rifles or any military-style orientation whatsoever.

HB 869 would also require current owners of such firearms to register their firearms with the State Police, obtain and renew a license annually to keep them, restrict how and where they may be used or transported, and allow the State Police to inspect private homes for compliance.

Please contact your State Representative toll-free at (800) 256-3793 and respectfully urge him or her to oppose this gun-ban and to vote “NO” on HB 869.

Assault weapons with large capacity magazines are capable of spraying thousands of rounds a second.

First off male cats spray, NOT GUNS, water hoses spray, NOT GUNS, fear mongering anti-gunners spray out there asses, NOT GUNS. I know of no assault weapon that is used today that can put out thousands of rounds a second. The more bullets that a gun puts out per minute makes for less accuracy, a hand held weapon using full auto most times results in some loss of control of the weapon by the shooter and reduces the effectiveness if the weapon.

M-16a1 has a cycle rate of 650-750 rounds per-minute, this is dependent on a continuous feed of ammo, which the M-16a1 is not designed to do. One must manually replace each magazine with another taking up time. A best guestamate of the fire rate of a M-16a1 under ideal conditions and a real good shooter is about 300-400 rounds a minute. This is a far cry from the thousands of rounds a second that most fear mongering anti-gunners spray out there asses.

The Ingram M11 in 9mm has one of the highest cycle rates coming in at a rough 1200 rounds a minute. This again is calculated on a continuous feed of ammo, which this weapon is not designed to do either. A conservative estimate is around 500 rounds a minute due to the operator having to change magazines after every 30 rounds.

Motorized vehicles are the most controlled things in America. We license the drivers after they study and test showing an aptitude for safe driving. But yet some 50,000 people are killed each year in America in auto accidents and 2+ million are permantly maimed or crippled. Roughly 65% or those killed were due to drinking/drugs and driving.

Contraire to popular opinion no one is guaranteed the right to drive under the constitution or even own a car. So I say take away all autos sense they evidently cause a hell of a lot more deaths each year then Guns do. You can walk or ride a horse.

The use of a gun to stop crime in America is 1.6-2.5 million times a year.80% of the crimes were of a violent nature with the possibility of severe injury and or death. If guns are banned then we can convert it to a form of genocide.

In the state of Kentucky we have issued over 300,000 Carry Concealed Weapons permits and have yet to have our streets run red with blood. There are no gunfights at the OK coral for the anti-gunners to point at and say see we told you so.

Out of 80 million gun owners in the U.S. they account for over 125 million known guns that is around 1.5 guns per person. There are a number of guns that are unaccounted for in the U.S.

80 million gun owners counts for close to 65% of legal voters, but yet cannot agree on who should be in congress and the Presidency.

Close to 20% will give up their guns without even a bad word being said if the Government bans ownership of them. Still leaving a citizen army of +/- 64 million.

Of the 64 million gun owners left, well over 20 million will submit to search and seizure of weapons but may voice opposition to the illegal action. Leaving 44 million to fight the tyrannies of our Government. 44 million gun owners resisting, will be one hell of an army to face.

Contrary to popular mythology 85-91% of the rank and file law enforcement does not support Gun control to include the assault weapons ban.

The Senate, The House, nor Congress has any given authority by our Constitution to ban the private ownership, purchase, use, or selling of any firearms. However they may legally tax them and can restrict the importation of weapons.

The last assault weapons ban was illegal, but people did not stand up to them and demand they repeal the law.

Assault weapons only account for 2% of the guns confiscated by L.E.A.’s in the U.S.

Less then .01% of crime in the U.S. actually is committed with Assault weapons.

Banning private ownership of guns has lead to Genocide and a suppression of personal freedoms in such nations as Darfur, Uganda, The Congo republic, and other African nations, Sudan, Ethiopia, Chad, Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Burundi. Well hell just look for yourself.

Leaders in America?

As I see our Government officials, they are nothing more then a representative of the people that elect them to their JOB.

America has no leaders as per say, from the President of the United States to the local city counsel. All are elected to be our representatives and voice, nothing more. We Americans do not have leaders above us. Nowhere in our Constitution or Bill of Rights do we have, appoint, elect, leaders, but rather we appoint representatives who must speak on the behalf of those that elect them.

Other countries have leaders, many of whom are not elected to an office but rather assume this roll by Bloodline, or through Military coups. Leaders are assumed to be totally in charge of everyone under them. They make rules, and laws for governing their nation, citizens, and/or tribes. Many times leaders of other countries must be deposed by a dissenting party or disgruntled want to be leader. Which some times ends in a blood bath coup, or the leader just passing away from an unknown illness.

A leader tend to believe that what they choose is what the People under them need as apposed to letting the people decide for their selves. A leader will almost always choose governing of the masses by assuming that only they themselves have the knowledge and foresight to know the needs of the peoples. In many nations of the world the people just go along with what they are told is for their own good sense a leading body has decided for them.

Little input from the citizenry on issues that affect them is almost never sought. Most times a law is passed without the peoples even having fore knowledge of it. They wake up in the morning only to find that they are lawbreakers sometimes when they were not the night before.

In America the way our system is made, allows the people to decide for them self’s rather then just assume someone else should do it for us. No person in America is above or below anyone else. According to our Constitution and Bill of Rights all are equal in standing with every one else. America does not recognize, bestow, or appoint Royalty upon anyone. We do not recognize absolute power of a person, and/or a governing body.

All power of Government is granted by the people, to the elected to act on our behalf, as we demand by majority vote. Nothing in our structure allows for a leader who can speak for us based on his or her beliefs as to what we should want. America was designed as a truly leaderless nation. An elected official such as Nancy Pelosi from San commiecisco can only speak for the constituents who elected her to office and not the rest of the nation. In perspective, President Bush can only speak for the people who elected him to office and they both must follow the demands of the electric.

All power and authority reverts back to the people as a whole, as is in the laws of the Constitution. The Constitution was written as rules to govern the jobs of our elected.

Whos simple perception yours or mine? Common sense is not absolute and can never be absolute sense it relies on a personal perception as to what qualifies.

Common sense gun laws, just what are common sense gun laws? My perception of common sense gun laws is;

Backgrounds check on any perches of a gun.
A eligibility age for owning a gun, 21 for hand guns, and 18 for rifles and shot guns
No restrictions on magazine capacity
No restriction on cosmetic appearances or functionality of a given weapon
Open purchases between states. If your qualified in one state then you are qualified on another.
Mandatory Gun safety classes for anyone not trained by our Law Enforcement Agencies, The NRA and/or Military.
Every citizen of legal age, clean record and sound mind must own a gun
Guns that fire an explosive round must come under other training and license.
Open license for CCWP, if you qualify to own a gun then you can carry one.
Extreme penatalies for miss-use of a weapon or the possession of a weapon while committing a crime

Are these common sense laws to everyone? No they are not, there just my perception of common sense laws. Being as valid as any other perception of laws.

Another angle to the anti gun issue Nobel Privilege

Many anti gunners who wish to restrict the private possession of guns, believe that it is the little person who needs the restrictions imposed on them and not the rich and/or famous. It has been held in many circles that the privileged/elite should be allowed their right to ownership of guns for their protection.

We have seen in recent times where a city, county, or state has attempted to ban private gun ownership for the general populist under the guise of for our own good. But yet these same city, county, and states held that the rich and important should be armed. Effectively placing a value to people, based on wealth, power, or political standing in life. San commiecisco is one such city. Banning the handgun for its citizens except for political people like Diane Feinstein (1) who acquired a concealed carry weapons permit under the guise that she was worth more then the average citizen.

This kind of exclusionary belief is referred to as Nobel Privilege. Oft times seen in countries with nobility as important persons. Usually believed that the cause of nobility was a direct proof of intelligence. Though America has no nobility nor recognizes nobility with in our own country the process still remains the same. We have replaced the nobility with famous people, the rich, and the political liches. Many people in America believe that a movie star is an automatic right of intelligence and what they say must be true sense they are famous.

Nobel Privilege has its roots in the monarchy of England for the most part; sense it was believed that the nobility should still be allowed their ownership of firearms. At the same time outlawing the private ownership or possession by the common people. Even today the rich, and or nobles in England can and oft times do own firearms. The common person can by law acquire a firearm by legal means in England but the cost and legal challenges make it almost impossible.

Many of the people that believe in the concept of Nobel Privilege assert that the privileged are the only ones who have the judgment to own and carry guns. Some how this prestigious title makes them far more responsible and knowledgeable then the normal citizen. If they were far more knowledgeable then the average citizen then they would know that Congress has not authority to ban any law abiding citizen from buying, possessing, and using weapons for there own purpose. They would also know that Congress could only by law control the commerce of weapons and not the right to bare arms. As is seen with the tax stamp on full auto weapons this does not restrict a law abiding citizen from owning one but places a tax on each sales and transfer to help curb unwanted people from having them. The amount of forms to fill out and the $200 for the transfer plus the back round check by the F.B.I. prohibits felons and criminals from legally obtaining one.

The issues of Nobel Privilege, and there elitist right to self protection only leads to the belief that the common citizen is little more then meet on the hoof not worth much in ways of self preservation. Sense the courts have ruled that law enforcement is under no obligation to protect the individual citizen, but only the citizenry as a whole. The responsibility of self-protection falls to ones own self and in order for you to effectively do so you must be armed.

Don’t be fooled by the Nobel Privilege, they will always be exempt from many things that other wise would put you and I in jail. Money and fame talks and every one else dies or goes to jail.
